I ordered Croissant with bacon and cheese and a brown sugar espresso, my drink, tasted like milk and espresso. My croissant is burnt and I was told that that’s how the drink is, but I ordered this drink all the time from another Dunkin and it don’t taste like that. Now I see why nobody was in the line I drove from Marietta blvd location because the line was wrap pass the chase bank get to this location only 3 cars in line at 9am in the morning they services and food qualities is horrible my food was cold

literally incompetent workers who said i couldn’t put cold foam on my brown sugar shaken espresso when that’s how i always order it. i went to a dunkin right after and they had no problem putting cold foam on top like stop being lazy!!!!! this dunkin sucks!! 2/2/2025 12pm was the time so whoever was working needs to do better

If you go inside, expect to wait 20 minutes. Drive thru is also surprisingly slow. Either way, you're getting rude, inattentive service and garbage product. I really gotta emphasize, their coffee tastes like an ashtray, their hashbrowns are soggy, the sandwiches taste like cardboard... I could go on.

The young black cashier was very nice. However, these donuts had little to no jelly in them. I think this is ridiculous. The store employees were very nice again however the product sucks. Add more jelly to peoples donuts, please
I attempted to tell the cashier my issue. She informed me and educated me that they do not make the products in the store, so unfortunately they could not fix the issue but again the employees were very helpful.

Went in to purchase donuts for my kids and use the rest room was told rudely that the bathroom was out of order which was a lie. There was no sign up stating it was out of order just a lock that required a code to enter. As a paying customer I should have been able to use the restroom if I needed to.

The worst experience ordering a coffee at this location. The service was horrible. They take forever to prepare the coffee, and then they don’t even give you sugar or cream. When you ask for cream and sugar or whatever you need to actually drink your coffee, they respond with a negative attitude and give you dirty looks, as if you’re asking for something for free or as if they don’t like their job and feel uncomfortable. The service was absolutely terrible. It’s ridiculous that you have to wait 10 minutes, even 5 minutes, just to get cream and sugar. And on top of that, when you politely ask for sugar, they look at you with such bad attitude. It’s horrible.

Asked for plain bagel with extra butter not toasted got a plain bagel toasted with little butter. Had them redo it and they threw bag on counter and walked away. The bagel had no butter on it
I ordered a small caramel craze latte. Literally received a black coffee topped off to look like caramel craze and they didn’t fix it when i went back in… also the sausage egg and cheese croissant tastes old. I’ll never come back to this location.

This location sucks! From the rude cashiers to the pothole in the drive thru line, it sucks. It seems like the people here are always having a bad day. I understand that customer service is not always easy or fun hence why I’m only writing this review after trying this location for the third time. This location is closer to my job than the 17th St location and one day I passed by and realized it was there. I thought it would become my go to location, but no, the vibes are weird. Don’t waste your time or money at this location even if it’s convenient. There are other options on the same street. The service here sucks and the lack of traffic in the store is only due to that. It’s not because of the location where if you blink, you’ll miss or the fact that due to traffic on Howell Mill, it may not always be easy to enter and exit, or the pothole in the drive thru, it’s just because their service sucks. I’d much rather go to the location on 17th and wait in a longer line for better service. But if you aren’t loyal to a particular brand, this location is conveniently located by several other coffee options including Starbucks and Einstein Bros as well as the Waffle House, McDonald’s, and Chick-fil-A which all sale hot coffee. The McDonald’s and CFA even have iced and frozen options. (The Wendy’s and Taco Bell across the street may or may not sell breakfast, but if they do, they probably have hot coffee, too.) There’s a QuikTrip right up the street, too. Please explore all these other options before spending your money here. There are too many other options. If you like Dunkin coffee like me, order ahead on the app and just go to the 17th Street location. The lady today did not give me a receipt, so I can’t give her name. She’s lucky because I don’t think it would be nice to describe her on the Internet. I tried to call the location and talk with a manager before writing this review but the phone was never answered, even when I called back later in the day during non-peak hours. Also in general Dunkin has nothing but coffee and the little frozen drinks to rave about. Food options are hit or miss.
