This was my first time here, coming from Florida. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted warmly and escorted to our table without any issues. Our server, Vina, welcomed us promptly with water and inquired if there was anything she could assist us with. She took our order and made excellent suggestions for toppings. We ordered the Dark Knight and the signature ramen, and the food was incredibly flavorful and well-seasoned.
Love the food, drink, and the staff. Ingredients are high quality. Food comes out quick and beautiful. Staff have always been so great to us. We love living close by and visiting frequently. Highly recommend.
After eating at E Ramen there was no way I couldn't take time today to say how fabulous the food is and its more than just that. It was about the connection being made with strangers sitting next to me, my family and staff. And the restaurant providing outstanding recommendations on what to get so you'll want to come back again, and again and again! Too bad I couldn't get something extra to take with me to Cali but I'll figure it out next time😄. Tried the E Signature Ramen and Shrimp Saku Saku wishing I hadn't eaten it all yesterday so I could have some now.
I got the e-signature ramen. Loved the broth. Unfortunately, the chashu pork was incredibly tough and chewy - not like other ramen places I have been too. I couldn't even finish the meat part. I probably won't go back given that.
Delicious! We tried four different Ramen dishes. The Miso Hot was my favorite. The combo of ground pork & pork shoulder was so good. All broths had their own distinct flavor profile. The texture of the noodles was ideal. Kids ate all the gyoza before I had a chance to try them. They ate way more Ramen than usual.
nice clean environment, staff was friendly and attentive. Wagyu ramen was delicious
Note: My 11yo son wrote most of this review but his opinion also reflects mine.
This place was an exquisite dining experience! We ordered the following:
Chicken karaage: 5/5
It was very crispy and hot. And the wasabi-lime sauce complemented it really well. The sauce wasn’t very spicy but the batter of the chicken was.
Japanese sausage: 5/5
This was very good sausage. And very unique. This was our first time trying Japanese sausage. It had a nice snap when you bit into it. I liked that it wasn’t too salty.
Pork chasyu wrap: 5/5
This was very tasty! The pork was very flavorful. It went well with the sauce and cucumber.
E Signature ramen: 5/5
This was the best ramen I’ve ever had in my life. The broth was incredible. I really liked how it had two types of pork: ground pork and pork belly.
Miso ramen: 4/5
The broth was a little too salty but the flavor was good. It’s not as spicy as it looks.
Green tea cheesecake: 5/5
To be honest, I was on the fence about this, but I soon realized that I shouldn’t have judged it before trying it. It was a good balance between the green tea and the cheesecake. It has a nice crust and it was complemented with freshly made whipped cream and crispy tempura bits.
Seaweed salad: 5/5
Tasty and refreshing. I liked that it was 100% seaweed with no fillers like lettuce.
Overall, E Ramen was a very unique dining experience and if I could give it more than 5 stars, I would.
Just had the E Signature soup at E Ramen, and I’m officially hooked. The broth is rich and packed with layers of flavor, it’s the kind of soup that makes you slow down and savor every spoonful. The noodles were perfectly chewy, and the toppings like the melt-in-your-mouth chashu and jammy egg were spot on.
The vibe at E Ramen is chill, the staff is welcoming, and the whole experience feels like a little ramen oasis. If you’re craving that warm, cozy comfort in a bowl, this is the spot. 10/10 would recommend!
I'm a repeat customer at this spot. Their ramen options are great, even the appetizers. I think the best meal is the lobster 🦞 ramen!
I love the ramen here! It's super creamy and the staff is knowledgable about vegan options. I've also tried their lychee drink and lychee mochi which were delicious sweet treats :)

This place was great….. until I got home. It was the only thing I consumed that day and shortly after arriving home I had the worst stomach sickness that almost made me contemplate going to the hospital. I really wanted to like this place but after this sickness I doubt I’ll ever take another chance. I was seeing god.
Very tasty food.
Great cocktail.
Good service.
Vegetarian options: There is some vegetarian choices and vegan also.

My all time favorite ramen spot. I swear I’ve never encountered servers and management as sweet as these people!! Service is extremely fast and food is always A1!! This place has held a special place in me and my husband’s heart since they opened and it’s a shame I’m just now doing a review. Just go already!!
