My cousins and I randomly decided to try this spot and it did not disappoint! The vegetarian pho pot stickers are amazing! The portion size of the entrees are huge & decked with lots of flavor. I also ordered their hot honey garlic wings and those are now my absolute favorite! The service was amazing and the staff was so kind! I cannot wait to come back and try more items! (Unfortunately I do not have pictures of my order because I tore it up)

First, I couldn't pay cash, had to go back to hotel to get my credit card. Then, I ordered two dishes, spicy pork and bibimbop. I needed to eat some vegetables and bibimbop was advised to contain shitake mushrooms, zuchini, carrots, bean sprouts and spinach, in addition to rice and egg. What I got was rice, egg, carrots and noodles instead vegetables, the same noodles I had as side dish with pork. And, if everything else was like my spicy pork, I would mark everything five stars because spicy pork was extremely delicious and one of the best I had in my life. But, you can't lie to your customers and serve them something they did not order. That's why I gave one star for service and atmosphere and five stars for the food, but I would definitely not return to the place where I was cheated.

I stopped by while staying at a nearby hotel. It was really, really delicious... and the price was really cheap!! The kimchi stew, gimbap, and pork rice bowl were all delicious, and the seasoned chicken had good seasoning, but it was a little disappointing because it was chicken breast. It's a restaurant so good that I came here two days in a row. I like the variety of sides as well~~~
I have a debit card with no tap feature and a chip that's almost always broken, necessitating a swipe. This may sound like a pain if you work with a POS system, but I've almost never been completely unable to pay for food like I was today at East Wave.
When I was ready to pay for my order, I asked if I could pay cash and was told no. Then, I asked if I could swipe my card due to a broken chip and was again told no. Then, I asked if the cashier could manually enter the number and got a third "no" with zero hesitation or any attempt to resolve the issue. I told him to cancel my order and went to Ali Baba Mediterranean instead.
Customer service skills were lacking during my visit today. I'm rating two stars instead of one because the problem I had here is one that most aren't likely to have, and the restaurant interior is immaculate. That said, I'll never come back here because it was clear that East Wave didn't want my business.
