Had the weirdest dining experience here after having been to another location previously. We showed up with a reservation for 4 and were seated promptly-no issue. Our waiter asked us for our drink order, and we kindly ordered a beer, and a coke with waters for the table. Our waiter informed us that the soda dispenser was frozen so soda and tap water were not available and that they only had bottled water available - this was odd because every other tables had tap water with ice. We asked the waiter about this, and he said the other people had arrived before us and that they were boiling water in the back and then serving it. We found that odd that that you would serve boiled water with ice to people. We asked for a bottle of water and sweet teas, but it was small premium bottles of water we had to pay extra for and, but we tried to move on to the rest of the meal. Afterwards, the waiter continued look at us funny and whisper to nearby customers not staff. Each of us looked to see if what we were wearing was off - no one was wearing anything inappropriate or with offensive language nor were we talking loudly or saying anything odd. Once we ordered we were astonished to see that tables after us magically received perfectly fine ice waters. He then brought out a cloudy water and said "this is what our water machine is doing currently". Another contradiction was that the tap water was previously frozen but now just cloudy yet it produced water that was ok for others. We just said it was fine and he said he would remove the water bottle charge off of our bill. The food came out and it was lukewarm and not very appetizing. It was a very odd and upsetting experience with our waiter who also had many holes in his uniform. We weren't expecting a steakhouse dinner nor came in yelling or saying anything controversial so we could not understand what was happening. On the way out I spoke to additional staff about their day and asking them if they had any issues. None reported.
Great service and the calamari was tremendous. As best as we have had, and we go out a lot.
My family and I had a reservation on New Year's Eve. This is our third time coming to this restaurant. It's become our eating spot for when we have anything planned in The Battery. Our waiter Lukas (or Luke) was the best! He was very personable. My cocktail was taking longer than expected, so he went ahead and made it himself. The food and ambiance here is always 10/10.
Decent food. Service was so so. Salad came out at the same time as the meal. We felt rushed.
I called to let the restaurant know I was running late. The lady on the phone was really nice and said no problem but when I got there the hostess was as rude as can be. When I received my dinner, it was in edible. The waiter took my plate and said he would let the kitchen know and never came back with any food or for me to order. he just returned 30 minutes later with the check and charged me for the food. I never ate. We tried talking to other weight staff to help us and all they kept saying is we would get your waiter, but he never showed up.
Overall a nice restaurant for a meal with friends. The service was performed infrequently and abruptly when it was. Our food was delicious and nicely presented but the portions were rather light for the prices charged. The restaurant is well appointed with great architecture.
Ordered takeout for my office here and scheduled to pickup at noon. When I walked in, it took a few minutes for me to even be acknowledged because all of the staff was hanging out in the kitchen. When the hostess brought up my food she asked if it had already been paid for. I told her it was but this is a huge issue as she hadn’t even asked for the name on the order and also people could easily lie and say it was since she didn’t check to verify. Our food was overall fine, with one of my coworkers describing it best as “takeout adjacent”.

We ate here while we waited for a Brave’s game last month. The food was absolutely delicious. My only complaint was we asked for one pizza for the two of us and the waiter told us that “they were personal size” so we changed it to two. Then out came two full sized pizzas and we couldn’t eat all of that. He almost got the couple next to us too but the girl saw ours and asked if they were the same size as ours
Live in the neighborhood so can walk here, but parking but for paid garages in almost non-existent. Cute place, nice outdoor seating (w heated patio during chillier times of year), decent selection of wines and spirits. Food is not the best Italian you'll ever have, but it is good, lots of choices on the menu. Service has always been great every time I've come in during both lunch and dinner.

The food is here is not good. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo, and it was cold, and the flavor was not good. I know my server heard me because I offered it to my kid because I didn’t want to eat because I didn’t like it. I would definitely not eat here again.

It was amazing, I loved everything about my first experience here. Richie was phenomenal, and Natasha was great as well. They took care of us from the moment we walked in until we walked out. Very pleased!

This was our first visit and we won't be back. Our server was trying very hard, but the kitchen let her down. The food that was brought to us was not the least bit hot. When they took it back to fix it I think they just put it under a broiler for a while and the result was food that was then overcooked.
I simply cannot get over the fact that they do not use fresh parmesan cheese. It is clearly prepackaged pre-shredded parmesan, and doesn’t sit right with me considering even Olive Garden grates fresh parmesan over your food. Restaurant is a cute vibe and staff was very friendly, but would not come back because not using fresh parmesan makes me wonder what else isn’t fresh or where else are corners being cut.
