I want to give this place 3.5 stars so I rounded up.
This venue has no parking but street parking should be quite easy. You order at the counter and find your own seat. They will call you once your food is ready.
I got the special which was a meat with black beans, rice, and corn bread for $10. I also got a can drink. The items are sold a la carte with meats costing $6.50 and sides costing $3 each. The meal is very inexpensive considering the area of town. I have gotten better deals around the perimeter and other neighborhoods.
The jerk chicken is well seasoned on the outside but it lacks flavor once you get past the skin. The rice, beans, and corn bread had a very bland taste. Adding seasoning will go a long way with these meals.
The service is fast and friendly. They actually clean the tables when patrons leave. I would try everything here if I lived closer.

A wonderful joint for jerk chicken and greens. The sport pepper sauce is my favorite to put on my rice and beans or greens. At only $10 for the special (choice of meat with rice and beans) it’s a hard-to-beat Atlanta staple that simply doesn’t get enough love.

So I've been here previously like 2 or 3 times. It's been a minute since I last visited. I ordered my food through Uber Eats. I got chicken lasagna with salad it was supposed to come with garlic bread that I didn't receive. I ate this plate for dinner and the other for breakfast. The food that I had the next day was white rice with black beans turkey loaf and cornbread. The food was good and tasty when it was warm delicious. Pull up and support if you are in the area. I got my food on 9-16-2025.

EATS used to be awesome! You could get great food (and a good portion) for a good price. Unfortunately, they increased their prices, by a a significant amount, and gave you “significantly less” in portion of food. A LOT of people stopped going there, especially when the health inspector gave them an incredibly low rating. I use to love this place, but it should honestly be closed down. It’s a really dirty and unclean restaurant.

Wow an amazing meat & 3. Jerk chicken insanely good. Collard greens, and sweet potato made it a great Sunday dinner. Jelly would be good for the cornbread. Highly recommended

Food was decent. Staff wasn’t very friendly. Decor left something to be desired.
One of my favorite places to stop in the area. I brought my son and he really enjoyed the jerk chicken plate. The corn breads a bit dry but that's what god invented sweat tea for.
