This place never misses—spectacular food, music all around, and the vibe is immaculate. But Debra? The shining star tonight. Brightest smile, best energy, and completely fabulous!

Slow service to no service. Zero stars. Handful of people in when we arrived. The manager didn’t greet us but did gruffly ask how many and then said sit wherever. Many dirty tables as if the dinner rush had just ended. Took 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge us and ask if we needed anything. 18% gratuity automatically added to our four top group. We couldn’t get our server to come to the table so we could pay our bill.

Went after a show , looking forward to a drink and enjoying the bar... but man was I wrong . Guy working the bar absolutely disgrace.. rude and short tempered.. while standing at bar waiting to be served he decided it was a great time to throw a hissy fit and say he wasn't serving anyone else and that there was to many people... when I asked what he said he replied you heard me...
Being that hostile bc ur understaffed isn't my fault and should be taken out on those just coming to have a night cap.

Wasn't open when it said it should be online (Google & website)
I wasn’t going to write a review until the brought the bill and there was an automatic 18% gratuity for our table of two. Which made me think, “no wonder the service was terrible they get the tip regardless”…
Major problems:
1.) seat your self - so we sat at the only table, that hadnt been bussed yet (which is totally fine)
2.) once we realized everyone on our side of the restaurant was getting upset that 30-45 minutes have passed and no menus, silverware, or orders have been taken I went to the bar and got menus for everyone.
3.) We watched out waitress bring one drink out at a time (including water) to a table of 8 next to us and it literally took her 20 minutes and between drinks she was on her phone in the back instead of taking orders from the 4+ tables waiting. It was actually crazy. Then after the 40 minute wait a couple walks in and sits down and got their order taken immediately. I thought there was going to be a riot there was an audible uproar from our side of the restaurant.
4.) I finally walked to the back and asked if she could come take our order. She agreed. We ordered everything and the food come while all the dirty dishes are still on the table. And the bus boy just leaves like it’s no big deal. I go to the bar and ask for silverware because we can’t even eat our food because it still hasn’t been cleaned or set up. Finally she comes and not kidding grabbed one plate at a time and then wiped the table and found some plastic silverware in the back. Also she said “there was one here the whole time” pointing to a half unrolled set with food on the napkin from the group before us… wild
5.) the group behind us finally complained to what I assume was the manager and we here her yelling (like with real anger - like they did something wrong) at the table with a kid “that it’s not their fault theres only one chef” which made 0 sense because one the order went in the food was the only thing that came out quickly so that was obviously not the issue they were talking about.
6.) cherry on top the bill comes and BAM automatic 18% gratuity. Actually the craziest dining experience I’ve ever had.
PS. Shout out to the cook because the food was actually pretty good, and he’s probably the only thing keeping this place running

$20 cocktails plus automatic 18% gratuity, get bent.
Food was very small portion. My Ruben came with a tiny amount of meat, I have never had a Ruben so small. My husband’s burger was very over done and it was small and not very good. Drink was mild alcohol and over priced. Oh and they add a automatic 18% gratuity and then try to get you by asking for gratuity on the overall total with the gratuity they already snuck in

A rather quick in/out for some light food and a beverage, and everything was near perfection. I can easily understand how this location could be overlooked, but if you are in the area I definitely recommend a visit downstairs for the experience. Thanks, EP&P for the fun visit!!

Wasn't sure what to expect at the hotel bar. They can be hit or miss. The burger was flavorful. The drinks I had were all recommendations made by the bartender Toni, and they were delicious. Speaking of which, Toni's bubbly personality was a welcome surprise. Whatever y'all are paying that lady, it's not enough. I'll gladly return when I visit!
