Unfortunately I have to be as transparent as possible. This location is absolutely the most inconsistent place I have ever ordered from. My co worker and I frequent this place via Uber eats. We work very early in the am and it is not much to eat during this time. I love the food but of course it is too good to be true. Every single time I order through Uber eats, they are out of signature bagels before they even open. I have to call the store outside of the app to make sure that everything runs smooth which is so inconvenient for me to be the customer. My last 4 time ordering it ranged from no bagels, to the oven not working, the store delaying the opening, and all kind of other excuses that are making me waste my time and money. To top it off either I’m still hungry from canceling or forced to eat a plain bagel which is not at all what I order.

Just do better that’s all I have to say because this definitely runs people off. I’m at the point that I don’t want to spend my money here ever again.

Bagel was burnt, Hashbrown was terrible and they messed up my order. All while waiting an extra 10 minutes for a cup of cream cheese. Heed this warning, do not come to this location. Avoid.

Went in the drive through and they were very professional and courteous to us and our kids. Highly recommend their chocolate chip cookies if you like them soft!

We had a car full of loud Caribbean elders all trying to order at once and the lady in the drive through still managed to get everything correct!

I’ve only been to Einstein’s Bagels twice, and while the food is decent, the service is what really stands out! Both times I’ve visited, Vannah has served me at the drive-thru, and she’s been amazing. Super friendly, helpful, and just overall pleasant to interact with. Honestly, I came back for the service more than anything—great customer service truly makes a difference. Keep it up, Vannah! I’ll definitely be back!
