Worst customer service..it was very slow and non existent. I watched for over 22 min while a serviceman waited for a sandwich. Only one young lady in the corner truly working her butt of while others just walked around. The line was very long manager came out 1 time offered no excuse for the one order Manuel working.
When I asked to talk to her she allowed no conversation and refused to even let me speak interrupting me at every second. Will not res turn there. She literally said this is always like this and she’s running other stores…very poor mgr skills and customer service.

Amazing experience! Jennifer, Shane, and the manager were fantastic. They were polite and quick with the food preparation. A delicious meal that we will have again when coming through the ATL airport!

The. Worst. Service. Ever. Automated order kiosk, one person making orders as if there isn't a dozen customers waiting around for their orders. Random employees wandering in and out, maybe they work here, maybe they don't - who knows, because nobody is actually doing anything. making themselves something to drink, everyone moving as if they're just coming out of anesthesia.
Fire these people - seriously - 35 minutes to fill an order? And STILL get it wrong?? Busiest airport in the country and you've got one guy moving with all the urgency of someone waking up from a Sunday nap after taking too much cough syrup.
Don't order from here unless you've got an extra hour to wait for your flight.
Honestly, if you're behind the counter there, and you don't want to work, just clock out and go home. Turn off the lights and stop wasting people's time.

Don't even bother with a canned response - after reading the other reviews, I can see that this is an ongoing problem that you're not willing to address in any meaningful way. This is the last time I set foot near an Einstein's Bagels.

Every time I come through here they're out of everything no bake no turkey, only one kiosk working at a time everybody's half asleep you've got to be kidding

Awful. Says open at 6am, does not. Lady behind the counter was very unpleasant about it when we showed up 5 min before and were willing to wait. She ran us off.
Thank you for replying. You can staff better and pay your employees better so they want to be there. We were told it would be hours due to short staff. We got breakfast at a different terminal and when we got back they were serving people. Pay people better and make them want to be there.
No staff, huge line for the kiosks, after waiting in line they are out of every sandwich at 8am, the only option is a bagel with cream cheese

Really sucks. 25 minute wait for a sandwich is crazy. Especially with 3 people working. Yall need better time management. Got people spending money and walking away cause yall slow as hell. This is the worst place I’ve eaten in the airport. Please don’t waste your time or money. You will definitely miss your flight ordering with them. The employees are literally useless.

I got the all nighter with 2 eggs and it brought only one. The cheddar cheese wasn't even melted. Then bacon looked and tasted artificial. The latte was boiling hot. Not even close to what's advertised. Not worth the price. No place to sit. Some customers left because it was taking too long. They keep failing to deliver quality service...

Out of 3 kiosks, 2 say “ordering disabled” while the one guy behind the counter does nothing except call people’s name to pick up their order when it’s ready. The line is so long that people are getting out of line to go eat somewhere else. If the employees have nothing to do except make 1 sandwich every 5 minutes, they should open a second kiosk out of respect for the guests. Out of the four employees I’ve seen, only one is cooking food and actively working. If the other employees are unable to cook the food, they could at least toast the bagels and add the schmear to help her complete the orders and a second kiosk could be opened for orders to be placed.

Worst Einstein Bagels experience ever. I felt terrible for the one employee behind the counter dealing with the morning rush. Not only did she have to manage serving people on her own but there were also technical problems with the kiosk, causing her to pause preparing orders to fix the kiosk technology. Treat your employees better and/or please close this location if you cannot meet demands of this large airport.
Long wait lines. Only 1 kiosk working, our of the 3 available. Worst part was the 3 workers were standing there throwing paper back and forth just messing around. People are waiting and needing assistance and when asked if they could help assist get the lines moving, they said "no you can only order through the kiosk" and then preceeded to joke around. Will never return.

Wow. Just wow. Where to start... Bare minimum effort from the staff, my 1 bagel took over 30 minutes. At one point the large group of us all waiting realized they were making one bagel every 5 min or so. One woman in the group remarked her flight was boarding and asked the staff to check on her order (we had been standing together for over 20 min), instead of doing so, they yelled that the boarding door won't close until 10 min before departure.
The coffee was empty and asking the staff if there was more was met with contempt like I had done something wrong.
Finally, once I got my order, it was clear that my bagel wasn't even toasted, and it was aggressively smothered with cream cheese (on just one side) creating quite a mess. Biting into a cold bagel after 30+ minutes really sealed the deal.
Shut this location down.
