Waited 40 minutes for a bagel. No sense of urgency here. Steer clear

It was painful watching these two goof around laughing and talking while my ALREADY MADE bagel just sat there helplessly waiting to be wrapped. Between every step of the process making my food you have to stop to talk and laugh and carry on so much that I’m waiting forever? Terrible customer service. And the bagel was not made properly either ridiculous it barely had anything on it was incredibly DRY with very little meat.

It’s surprising how chain restaurants and coffees at any airport charges way more than the same chain outside of the airport however they not even get near of the consistency in food or service. Bad service, asking for tips, bad bagels and never toasted appropriately. It’s just absurd. Wanted to give a bad service? Do not put your brand name at the door bc if you do…we will expect the same quality and service your brand took years to achieve. Very expensive and not worth.

AVOID! Should have checked reviews before ordering a single farmhouse bagel from here. After 30 min waiting I asked about my order and when I said the order name the worker just shook her head. The other worker then looked at my receipt and said I got you. I was relieved…. Until I barely made my flight and found out my farmhouse sandwich was actually ham, cheddar, bacon, an egg, and chipotle sauce???? Waste of time and money.

The people working were efficient and polite. No problem there. But the food? Awful. Worst bagel I’ve ever had. Granted, I grew up in NY and am a bit of a bagel snob but I’ve had respectable bagels all over the country. Maybe not amazing but do the job. These were overly dense and soooo bland. The eggs were rubbery and there was zero flavor. Like, none. Paid airport prices, took one bite and threw it all out.

No kind of acknowledgement of the customers. No urgency, or concern with peoples wait time considering it's in an airport you would think they would be a little nore motivated.
My order was completely wrong. Maybe do better about hiring people who want to be there.

Good prices and quick service, but the bagels were dry and tasted odd. Barely any cream cheese on them either.

Awful experience. Not much expected. It’s airport. But line was forever and I ended uo with barely toasted bagels. When I asked I was just told that is how they are. If so, they are awful. Won’t go to any of their stores if that’s the deal.

This place is definitely going downhill. The staff is not friendly or helpful at all and the food was mediocre at best. It was all microwaved garbage, the bagels were stale and the cream cheese with flavorless.

It's a shame this used to be one of my favorite stops while traveling through ATL airport.

The absolutely worst customer service EVER! It took 45 minutes to receive a Lox bagel.

Way overcooked cinnamon bun i couldn’t eat much of it.

Although the bagels are good, usually pretty fresh at the airport... They kiosks are rarely working and if they are only one is in service. I like the food so I always go by when I travel but the wait is deal breaker.

Sliced cheese wasn’t melted, the filtered coffee options are not labeled and I ended up pouring French vanilla rather than regular . Hash brown was soggy . Way overpriced .

Extremely poor service and long wait time. You order from an electronic kiosk so you can’t talk to a real person for any questions. And when you want to flag someone for a question, they are rude and don’t take ownership of the problem. It also took over 30 min to get my order (they said there was issues with making eggs) and in the end I left without a meal so I could catch my flight. I have no idea why this place has such a long lineup at 7am in the morning. I would definitely recommend checking out another spot instead.
