Horrible. One kiosk not working. No urgency in preparing orders. Gave me the wrong bagel. Cream cheese tasted off.

Great service. I got the avocado veggie bagel, but I found out at the wait line after a while that they were out of almost all the veggies. The employee speaking to me about it was very respectful and wanted to make it right with something else. Since I am a vegetarian, I ended up with avocado, tomato, and egg. The egg wouldn’t have been on the original bagel. When I opened my bagel, I found that they absolutely doubled down on that avocado spread!! So much avocado, I’ve never seen that much before, but I love that they did that, regardless if that’s what they normally do or not.
I had a long layover and realized it would take time to order and get my food by seeing the long line. That was fine with me, but this is an airport, so just have some common sense in ordering.

Great service but kiosk did not have multiple options

It's very frustrating ordering from the kiosk. No help available and the items offered on the display screen above weren't available on the kiosk menu. Very bad experience

When about and about in my travels I will tend to drift to a Einstein's for a quick bite. I really can't express how woefully disappointed I was with the ATL airport concession. The line in of its self was painful. Only one was working, they don't do cash anymore. The napkins were out and when told about this by a customer, they have to comfirm first before filling and taking the customer's word. When the order finally came the toasted bagel was cold along with the 2 rock hard butters. The Tasty Turkey that I love had standard round 2 deli slices that were haphazardly thrown on, giving me flash backs to the recent salmonella outbreak. There was also a lack of complete ingredients as stated on menu. I guess they were out of tomatoes at 1200 today. I will be passing on my favorite lunchtime stand at this ATL Airport location, from now on. Buyers beware.

Rude and purposely slow not giving crap. Waited 15 minutes for a drink some others left due to inability to wait anymore
Limited selection based on low inventory. They had a lady doing the cooking that would scream out your name (illegible). Then when asked if it was you to she was calling. Got nasty. Gave unsavory look. Unprofessional. Poorly managed.
Limited bagel options and really slow service. They could use an additional person working the Sunday morning shift

Stopped by this place after walking around the airport and finding most food places absolutely not appealing and some were closed. Had to go with this place, Einstein Bros Bagles. Absolutely Regret it. service was awful, no manners, no friendly service. Food was, well, I don’t think i’ve tried worse at a restaurant before. Order took super long to arrive and I ended up walking up to the workers and asking if my order was ready. And yes, my order was ready but instead of calling my name, the workers were standing there, chatting. Wouldn’t go again.

Ran out of cream cheese but didn’t say a word. Gave me my food with a sinister lie on their face, crazy behavior.

This place wastes your time. They did not do food in order, I waited until people came after me, at least 5 of them got their food, as I got nothing. Till I was not able to keep waiting and asking, then the waiter told me to go back seemed annoyed, so I left without food as my plane was gonna take off, and surely not want to talk to them to waste others’ time. I tipped them, which is no need, avoid this place.

Don’t order from here! You probably won’t get your food in a reasonable amount of time.

Do NOT waste your time! Tried to grab a quick bite before jetting off to another concourse. Ordered a chai tea latte. The girl covering drinks was actually great and quick. She called my name and gave me my drink. I waited, then waited, and waited longer. There were more than enough employees preparing food but going at a snails pace. You saw 3-4 others come in and out from the back to socialize with other airport staff that came so say hi. After 45 mins - yes 45 mins, I went over to the ladies making the sandwiches. The girl with two side braids acted like it was an inconvenience that she had to speak to me. She was in no rush, that was for sure. I told her I think mine was passed and I ordered 45 mins ago, after flipping back through 4 or 5 screens, they saw my order. The girl just turned around and made the sandwich, not a word. I waited there, then she handed it off to another girl and told her to “give it to that lady” and she walked away to the back, not even acknowledging what happened! Not only was it the slowest I’ve seen folks move, but I watched them put random meat in the same microwave over and over, touching the handle, then meat in the microwave, doing other things, then grabbing the meat (with nothing under it) to move it over to a sandwich and put that into another microwave. Gloves were never changed by workers throughout touching all of the things, gross and unsanitary cross contamination. If the computer had actually spit out my receipt like I pressed for it to, I would have just asked for a refund so I didn’t have to wait any longer, and I would make a complaint there too. Spare yourself and go anywhere else.

Ordered toasted Blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese. I received a crouton. I went back. The worker was very nice said would make another of not ok mamaher would refund my money. I received a soft blueberry bagel in the bag. By the time I sat down, 2 minutes later, it was again a crouton AND it had melted butter. They are closed now. I cannot go back. I am setting here for three hours. I just wanted a little comfort food not from a vending machine for my wait.
