Great service. I got the avocado veggie bagel, but I found out at the wait line after a while that they were out of almost all the veggies. The employee speaking to me about it was very respectful and wanted to make it right with something else. Since I am a vegetarian, I ended up with avocado, tomato, and egg. The egg wouldn’t have been on the original bagel. When I opened my bagel, I found that they absolutely doubled down on that avocado spread!! So much avocado, I’ve never...
It's very frustrating ordering from the kiosk. No help available and the items offered on the display screen above weren't available on the kiosk menu. Very bad experience
Expect a hugeeeeee line to place order. Not a user friendly kiosk. We could save time and effort if someone was taking orders rather than unfriendly kiosk. By the time you understand where is what in the kiosk, possibilities are high you will forget to order something and go through the line again. Half hour to reach kiosk , 5 mins to understand the kiosk and other 10 mins to get your order. Definitely understaffed which takes away the joy of enjoying a good bagel and coffee....
