Einstein Bros. Bagels

I just had the most horrific experience at this location. Time was around 11:40 am. Sunday May 25. Emplouee is a Thin Caucasian male with a beard. Appears to be in his twenties. Drives a red car. I'd like a call from the GM please. What transpired? They called my name which is a unisex name. I began to walk up. A male grabbed my bag before I reached it. I assumed that we had the same name until he returned the bag. I asked that customer was that the order for Dee and he stated yes. Obviously, he had to open the items and touch them to discover that it was not his order. I asked for my order to be remade for obvious reasons. The employee immediately gave attitude and threw the bag. I intentionally watched him and he attempted to give me the SAME order that the man before me had returned. I advised him of what I watched with my own eyes and he proceeded to tell me that I needed to get my order before someone else got it...as if that were within my control. How about this? Speak loud and clearly or write names on the bags. Takes 2 seconds. HORRIBLE customer service. The manager did send him out to take a break after and assured me that he would address it but I'm not so confident that will happen. And..my 7 year old daughter had to bare witness to this horrible treatment from a male to a female. Deplorable and unacceptable. This location deserves a 0 star.

Holy moly!! There Cheddar jalapeno with egg, cheese and sausage.. is top notch!!

This place continues to exceed my expectations. Although there was a line the young lady at the register moved it quick. My order was ready on time (The rack behind the line). Busy location, give them grace its worth it and fast. Other staff members were making a big order and still made sure the guest inside were taking care of.

The lady that made the coffee today April 19 2025 is the sweetest and she perfected our order! Thank you!

Food here is amazing as far as bagels go! The coffee is extremely tasty and there was little to no wait time :) Definitely the Einstein to go to!

The order flow isn't exactly intuitive, but the bagels are always fresh, and sandwiches are delish. My son loves the smoothie.

I got the all nighter bagel and oh my is was delicious!

Experienced Einstein Bros for the first time this week. Employees were courteous upon entry, helpful with the menu and ordering. Food was ready fast and great. Breakfast blend coffee was better than most coffee houses. Definitely recommend this location.

My 1st time I got there when they first opened up it was fast service and the bagel was delicious! I had the maple house on cheddar jalapeño! Perfect blend of sweet.savory.spicy

The food here was good, but the staff is kind of rude. I popped in very early a few weeks ago to grab breakfast for my daughter and I as we had just moved into the Vinings area. The staff was completely silent and stone faced. When it was our turn, I explained that this was my first visit to an Einstein Bros and didn't understand the menu exactly. No help was offered by the staff just silence and an unfriendly look. The bagels were great, the coffee wasn't too good though. I probably won't try this place again.

I ordered a Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich this morning 10.07.2024 and my sandwich was burnt. I placed the order through Uber Eats. When I called the location at 2460 Cumberland Pkwy and informed them of my burned sandwich all that was offered was sorry. I didn't get the young man's name but he was very rude. I am not happy or if I will order from them again! :(

The lady at the register wouldn’t even speak to us. I was under the impression she might’ve been mute so I didn’t make anything of it until she mumbled a couple words when she couldn’t explain to us by pointing that they were out of the bagel I wanted. Never had such rude customer service so we left.

I always enjoy going to this shop, the people are friendly and the bagels invariably fresh. But I go there for the coffee. I do love their coffee.
