Einstein Bros. Bagels

The order flow isn't exactly intuitive, but the bagels are always fresh, and sandwiches are delish. My son loves the smoothie.

Experienced Einstein Bros for the first time this week. Employees were courteous upon entry, helpful with the menu and ordering. Food was ready fast and great. Breakfast blend coffee was better than most coffee houses. Definitely recommend this location.

The food here was good, but the staff is kind of rude. I popped in very early a few weeks ago to grab breakfast for my daughter and I as we had just moved into the Vinings area. The staff was completely silent and stone faced. When it was our turn, I explained that this was my first visit to an Einstein Bros and didn't understand the menu exactly. No help was offered by the staff just silence and an unfriendly look. The bagels were great, the coffee wasn't too good though. I probably won't try this place again.

I ordered a Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich this morning 10.07.2024 and my sandwich was burnt. I placed the order through Uber Eats. When I called the location at 2460 Cumberland Pkwy and informed them of my burned sandwich all that was offered was sorry. I didn't get the young man's name but he was very rude. I am not happy or if I will order from them again! :(

The lady at the register wouldn’t even speak to us. I was under the impression she might’ve been mute so I didn’t make anything of it until she mumbled a couple words when she couldn’t explain to us by pointing that they were out of the bagel I wanted. Never had such rude customer service so we left.

Found this spot while randomly looking for a place with good bagels and varieties. The online ordering was easy enough. Cheese bagel with brisket and honey and wheat bagel toasted with butter. Twice baked potato is probably very good warm. When entering, there is no clear signs of what's going on. Everyone's sitting in pickup area, no signs saying 'Mobile order pickup,' just pickup. Stood there about 4 minutes before customers began to assist me, I must've looked lost. Haha. I still waited another 10 mins before asking about mobile pickup because I hadn't heard my name. Then she directs me to correct spot, still only labeled 'pickup.' Smh and they had no hot coco. Overall I'd be back tho, bagels wayy too good. Haha recommend

Shout out to Lexi! She is amazing. Always smiling, pleasant and courteous! I told her that the app was limited because I had just downloaded it. She apologized for the inconvenience even though it was not her fault. She went the extra mile and gave me a discount on my sandwich! She is the friendliest young lady at the front. The other young lady is also the sweetest! This is my go to location.
