Einstein Bros. Bagels

It’s always a gamble with their food, and the only employee doing it right is the one white guy behind the counter. Everyone else is atrocious. I literally had to throw away my bagel today because none of it was cooked. They slathered that slop together and called it a day. Absolute worthless employees that should get fired and I’m not going back there ever again.

This is my favorite location in all of Atlanta and Metro Atlanta :). They are super nice, fast, and efficient. I also like the cleanliness and how I see them clean often when I am there. They seem to be really good with sanitization. Seems to be very consistent and I travel to go here for the wonderful customer service as well as the yummy bagels!!!!

The cold brew is so good, even better than Star/Dunk/Stok. And Lily remembered my name & preferences the next time I met her -was mindblowing! Like walking into Cheers. Good vibes.

One of the best Einstein Bros Bagels in town. I love coming here in the morning. The entire staff are always welcoming, friendly and efficient! They truly work hard each day and do their best to get you served with warm food and drinks! It’s honestly the only shop I go to even though there is a store 15mins closer to me. This location NEVER disappoints. Love you all! ~ V ✌🏾

This location closes daily at 2:00 pm. It’s 11:45 and I just walked in. Normally they have four self serve urns of different types of coffee and one is decaf. Right now there are 2 urns. I asked the counter server if they could brew some decaf. Her answer, “We’re done making decaf for the day. I asked why, and she completely ignores me. Pathetic.

Every time I come to this location, my order is always incorrect. I have zero modifications and just order a standard bagel sandwich off the breakfast or lunch menu and I never get what I order or something is left off the sandwich. I go to multiple locations and rarely have any issues but this location gives me the most trouble.

I just had the most horrific experience at this location. Time was around 11:40 am. Sunday May 25. Emplouee is a Thin Caucasian male with a beard. Appears to be in his twenties. Drives a red car. I'd like a call from the GM please. What transpired? They called my name which is a unisex name. I began to walk up. A male grabbed my bag before I reached it. I assumed that we had the same name until he returned the bag. I asked that customer was that the order for Dee and he stated yes. Obviously, he had to open the items and touch them to discover that it was not his order. I asked for my order to be remade for obvious reasons. The employee immediately gave attitude and threw the bag. I intentionally watched him and he attempted to give me the SAME order that the man before me had returned. I advised him of what I watched with my own eyes and he proceeded to tell me that I needed to get my order before someone else got it...as if that were within my control. How about this? Speak loud and clearly or write names on the bags. Takes 2 seconds. HORRIBLE customer service. The manager did send him out to take a break after and assured me that he would address it but I'm not so confident that will happen. And..my 7 year old daughter had to bare witness to this horrible treatment from a male to a female. Deplorable and unacceptable. This location deserves a 0 star.

Holy moly!! There Cheddar jalapeno with egg, cheese and sausage.. is top notch!!

This place continues to exceed my expectations. Although there was a line the young lady at the register moved it quick. My order was ready on time (The rack behind the line). Busy location, give them grace its worth it and fast. Other staff members were making a big order and still made sure the guest inside were taking care of.

The lady that made the coffee today April 19 2025 is the sweetest and she perfected our order! Thank you!

Food here is amazing as far as bagels go! The coffee is extremely tasty and there was little to no wait time :) Definitely the Einstein to go to!

The order flow isn't exactly intuitive, but the bagels are always fresh, and sandwiches are delish. My son loves the smoothie.

I got the all nighter bagel and oh my is was delicious!

Experienced Einstein Bros for the first time this week. Employees were courteous upon entry, helpful with the menu and ordering. Food was ready fast and great. Breakfast blend coffee was better than most coffee houses. Definitely recommend this location.
