Bagels are deelicious but customer service here is TERRIBLE! My order was wrong, had to be remade and ladies work there has a bad attitude. It’s to early in the morning for all that. Yall charging chikfila prices for bread/bagels so have a better attitude with your customers!

This store is very unprofessional, this store is advertising items that they don’t have to sell and is causing a lot of issues to for online orders. I need for management to do there part and get you all inventory stocked up properly. Its unacceptable to have to go through this when a customer has that heart set on a certain meal.

I got the protein bagel with an extra egg white, the total was $9.00, kind of pricey, but it is downtown Atlanta.
I was expecting something spectacular, I was excited and anxious, my first time trying this.
After I got it I was kind of sad, I should have just gotten McDonalds, it would have been cheaper and looked waaaay better.
It literal was 2 egg whites piled together in a bagel lol. No tomatoes, no flavor, nothing. I had to help my self to some ketchup, honey, and mustard 😂😂.

The staff was going out of their way to make you NOT buy anything. Can I buy a dozen assorted? “No, out of boxes to put bagels in”. Can you put them in a bag instead? “Yes, but we are out of plain bagels”. Can you substitute with other bagels instead? “No, can’t do that”. Bye bye
