Einstein Bros. Bagels

Very nice staff but the food was underwhelming. I wanted a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with ham a coffee and the hash browns. I misunderstood what the hash brown item was and I didn't like it. It was hot and fresh but not what I wanted. The coffee was basic and not much flavor. The bagel was barely toasted and one slice of ham on the bagel.

This is the worst Einstein Bagel shop. Their service is incredibly slow. Every time I have waited more than 10 minutes at the drive thru window. They consistently get my order wrong. I have to constantly confirm my order with them and even when I do it is incorrect. I continue to say I won’t return to this location but I then decide to give them another chance. I’m not sure what is happening at this location in the early mornings but the only thing they are consistent at is being slow and getting out incorrect orders.

Food is good but don't be in a rush to get your food because they are incredibly slow in the Drive-Thru. Every time I've come here it takes at least 15 to 20 minutes to get my food, which is ridiculous. I even make things easier by placing an order ahead of time and it still takes too long to get the food

Don’t go here. Multiple things wrong with an online order. I noticed things were missing so I went inside to get what was left out and the staff wouldn’t even speak like normal humans and say you’re welcome back when spoken to. Opened the bag at home and half the order was wrong. I called to let the manager know and was told to remember random names if I ever want my order fixed. Won’t ever go back.

You gave me a coffee. A literal macchiato. I ordered a chai. Also, it’s chai, not chai tea. Workers didn’t know what they were doing. Awful. Avocado toast wasn’t even good, it tasted like stale bread and store bought guacamole pouches.

Is this a joke?… 1) The menu to order from in the drive through is placed in the opposite direction for someone to read & speak into the microphone 2) the drive through takes 15+ minutes at least 3) Even with several hours away from being closed, they always run out of just about any bagel you ask 4) when you finally order they give you a pinch size amount of cream cheese 5) the hours of operation frustrate me - 2PM closing time is unreal. Totally put me in a bad mood to start the day. The food is delicious if you can manage to get what you actually want. The shakes need an improvement though.

The wait is ALWAYS ridiculous here.

ASK FOR AND CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!! this location has workers you are always ready to flip the ‘tip’ screen. If they don’t give you a receipt, they add their own tip. I had this experience going through the drive through.

The Maple Breakfast sandwich is good and the ChoColate muffins are bomb digger.
