One of the items we ordered was unable to be made as their machine was out of order. The soda machine had limited options, and the ice machine was also out of order. Associates were very helpful and attentive. They provided smiles when greeting us and were very helpful. We received our order quickly and enjoyed our breakfast.

I came to the Toco Hills location and ordered me a bagel with cream cheese. I waited then a server wearing a blue shirt has long braids placed a bag on the counter and didn’t say anything. I asked her “which order was this?” then she yelled at me “Is your name Lucy?” in a nasty tone rolling her eyes as she was turning around. I didn’t appreciate her attitude. I work customer service and that’s not how you treat customers. It was really unnecessary. I come to this...
