We ordered delivery on Uber Eats. They didn’t give my girlfriend her bagel and they took a bite of her muffin. This was delivered to us in a bag stapled shut.
They were out of plain bagels. My sandwich wasn't bad, but it was distinctly tasteless. The seating dining area has really worn seating and was slightly messy.
Bagels are absolutely insane good.
The drive thru workers are absolutely phenomenal. They’re always kind and accommodating but quick and efficient. Truly some of the nicest workers!

Lox bagels is always hitting the spot here. Also got one of their lemonades and dang that thing was sour and refreshing.
My wife and I frequent Einstein about 2-3 times a week on my way to taking her to work. The food is awesome, and the customer service is always great. During our last visit that great service was turned up a notch to legendary thanks to a young lady named April who despite the business in store and on the drive thru still found a way to remain patient, courteous, and was able to make suggestions to help us save money with our order. April we appreciate your kindness, genuineness, and for being that pleasant face that makes encounters memorable. Have a blessed day

Love this location, especially because the drive-thru makes it super convenient. The staff are always friendly and quick! There’s plenty of parking, but the lot can sometimes get a little chaotic due to the other businesses in the shopping center.

This location is exceptional. The bagels are consistently fresh and have a delightful, fluffy texture. The lox is also fresh, free from any unpleasant fishy odor.
