Einstein Bros. Bagels

I went through the drive thru this morning and ordered a lox bagel and the Energy Spritz drink. The service was great, and the bagel was good up until I found a hair in it. Pretty gross. I wish I would’ve noticed sooner, and I would’ve let the staff know, but I unfortunately don’t have time to go back. Will likely NOT be coming back to this location🤮

Consistently good food and coffee. I wish they didn’t take away the power protein bagel. They tend to run out of coffee a lot and they have to make some on the fly. Staff there is very friendly and that’s why I keep going back.

Eugene the manager took my order but made an error with my bagel contents. Upon receiving my bagel I realized it was incorrectly made I informed Eugene and he made the corrections with no attitude whatsoever did not charge me and told me to enjoy the other one fir lunch I was pleased with his demeanor and the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Bagels were fresh. Cream cheese flavors were good. They really smeared the bagels with cream cheese 👍

Holiday party 🎉

I went in on 12/4 to grab a quick breakfast before work. I asked the cashier if they had any dairy free sandwiches as I'm allergic to dairy. She said I can make any sandwich dairy free if I just didn't get it with the smear. I got the Santa Fe with no smear and no cheese. I got my packed sandwich and went in to work only to find that the bagel itself is covered in cheese. I tore out the cheese at best as I could and ate it as I didn't have any other food for the day but immediately started getting hives on my neck that spread to my stomach, arms, and legs over the next few days. I've woken up in the middle of the night itching and bleeding 2 nights in a row. Once I get hives, I struggle with them for weeks on end. Just wish the cashier had asked me what bagel I would have liked for my sandwich as it could be easily swapped out or warned me it comes on a cheese bagel especially when I asked her multiple times to make sure I could have it dairy free.

The staff is really great. They really love their jobs and the customers they serve. It's a five star bagel spot and they cater to all walks of life with care and grace. This Einstein's is my go-to every weekend.

I ordered at the drive-thru and noticed the employee kept getting my order wrong. I proceeded to the window and was almost over-charged due to a mistake in my order. She thought I was ordering 2 of the same drink when I only wanted one. I asked her why the price was the way it was and she shrugged and gave me an attitude. I then had to ask again for whip cream on my latte (which I had asked for previously) and she continued to be rude to me. I don't mean to be nit picky but it's not a customer's fault if you got an order wrong. I will likely consider other locations than this one from now on.

Definitely a vibe. It’s always a crowd when I go in but the line is never long!! The pregnant woman that was working helped me a lot when they forgot my coffee one day. Obsessed with the garlic and chive on a five cheese gourmet bagel. 🥯 Coffee was made to perfection super sweet like I like it

Fantastic service, always prepare large or small orders in a timely manner, employees greet you with a smile. It makes my mornings so much better!
