Einstein Bros. Bagels

My wife and I frequent Einstein about 2-3 times a week on my way to taking her to work. The food is awesome, and the customer service is always great. During our last visit that great service was turned up a notch to legendary thanks to a young lady named April who despite the business in store and on the drive thru still found a way to remain patient, courteous, and was able to make suggestions to help us save money with our order. Love this location, especially because the drive-thru makes it super convenient. The staff are always friendly and quick! There’s plenty of parking, but the lot can sometimes get a little chaotic due to the other businesses in the shopping center.

Slow drive thru line in the morning. Have to scream into the speaker to order your food. And i don’t like how the pay screen forces you to add a tip. Does not give a no tip option, only $1, $2, $3, $4.
