Einstein Bros. Bagels

Asiago bagel was amazing. Sadly my iced coffee was filled with coffee grounds and I simply could not drink it. On the way to work so I was not able to get it replaced. Very disappointed in that.

I'd never been to an Einstein's bros bagels before this one,

The staff were very nice and very friendly.

The bagel was tasty but I feel I could probably eat two.

Coffee was ok and cream cheese is called something odd.

Literally the worst of the worst! I ordered an egg, bacon and cheese and avocado, and the whole sandwich came out like an ice cube like colder than cold like it had been frozen overnight. It was covered in sauce, dripping in it, and it was just beyond awful. It wasn't even edible. I used to love Einstein's, now I will never go back again.

I had to contact corporate they need to know . I believe the worker a the window was named Vienna or a non black female with the name starting with V giving out orders at the drive thru 8/27 9:50am

I will not be back , my job does not provide coffee and I use this location for my morning coffee before work but not any more.

I spilled my coffee and your worker just look at me , refuse to offer napkins and teased when she did get napkins asking if i needed napkins as I'm covered in coffee and I already ask.

and then she closed the window on me as I was still speaking . I just wanted a new lid since mine had dropped to the ground.

I had to honk to get management attention.

Shakina the manager on duty , sorry or I spelled it wrong. BUt she was nice listened and help the best she could but that V women should not be at the window if she doesn't like people. She held up the line instead of just helping.

I was almost late to work cleaning up my mess and then having to ask for the manager when she could have simply showed some decency and gave me napkins and a new lid .

Came to the Drive Thru Earlier and ordered my Food. Never ate at this Brand before was looking forward to it. I ordered my food with no Sauce Period when we got back to our Hotel my Breakfast Sandwich Had Sauce on it.

Also the other sandwich had Egg shells mixed in the Eggs. I don’t think I’ll be back at this Brand/ Establishment ever.

We often meet here for meetings. The bagels and coffee are good. However, we often have to wipe the tables ourselves.

Today I had the best triple toasted Bagel the best Nova locs bagel, I have ever had it was just awesome and it was on a Jalapeno bagel they toasted with perfection put together lots of lox extra Capers onion nice and crisp tomato nice and fresh oh my God it was the best bagel I've ever had in my life

The staff here great and the food is too. I normally get The Veg Out as is but Kat recommended it with the Spinach Florentine Bagel and OMG changed my life so good.

The staff were amazing! They were very sweet and patient. We are a family of four with two very outgoing kids. They talked to the kids, helped us place an order that the kids would like (they can be picky about breakfast), and checked on us frequently throughout our meal. We don’t live in the area but visit often so we will definitely be back!
