We sat out on the terrace in the warm sunlight. Our server was friendly and helpful. I got a quesadilla with grilled shrimp. We also enjoyed tacos and burritos. We loved the flavors and portions. I look forward to visiting again.

The restaurant was very clean and colorful and the service was wonderful. The salsa was great, chips were good, tacos were good, rice was ok, beans were ok but a tad cold.

I've driven past this place for so long, I had to give it a try. Now if you want to sit and have (strong)drinks and chips, look no further. It's a cool, chill spot for you to get your Tex-Mex fix.

5 stars for the service & the atmosphere. But unfortunately 3 for the food, of course i would go back to try something else but the mole i had was not good, the horchata was good though & it was good portions also. The place is big & i love the decor

Food is regular like any other Mexican restaurant. I hate the fact that you charge 10% on to go orders. and they forget stuff like the sauces. churros are also very raw on the inside, The bag of chips they gave me had full-size pieces on the top, but the bottom was all crushed up (I of course, did not crush it) I also don’t like they don’t give enough chips when you order things like a queso guac or salsa it’s never enough. Also, the rice is definitely reused multiple times

We had the most wonderful wedding rehearsal dinner at El Ponce a few weeks ago. Roberto went above and beyond our expectations -- he ensured the space was beautifully decorated and that each and every one of our more than 70 guests' needs were accommodated. The staff could not have been kinder and more attentive, and the food was beautifully displayed and out of this world (incredible charcuterie that included Mexican corn, fruit, and chips; fabulous drinks; delicious taco and tostada bar; and churros and Tres Leches cake that numerous guests commented was the best they'd ever had). We would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend El Ponce for special events!!!!!!

Cute vibes and extremely quick service, but the food was bad and gave both members of our party food poisoning

We catered an event with El Ponce and all I can say is wow! Roberto showed up early to set up, brought the freshest food, handmade flour and corn tortillas, queso to die for, crispy chips that we would never run out of chicken that was juicy and flavorful! The veggies were spectacular and everyone wanted to take home leftovers but there were none. The catering quality was equal to the restaurant with its freshness and yumminess and I would highly recommend them for any event. Professional, high quality catering that is worth every penny. An elevated Mexican/South American experience!!

Roberto and his staff did a fantastic job for us this evening.
They catered our company Anniversary party and just hit it out of the park! Everyone was raving about the quality of the food. So fresh and flavorful! The service was fantastic, the settings were done just right.
Thanks so much Roberto! We will definitely use you guys again for our Christmas party later this year.

The food was bland. I ordered a taco salad with grilled chicken, sauteed bell peppers and onions. The chicken wasn't grilled. It was warmed up in a microwave. The bell peppers and onions were cold. There was no sounds of cooking or smells of cooking in the whole restaurant. I was here at 1:45 PM.
