We were there and the service from the host was terrible, we were a group of friends and he separated us into different tables, and after ordering the food he was asking us to leave because we were no longer eating anything, that happened at the moment we that I was in the bathroom and the guy told my wife, my friends defended her, but the guy is disastrous, he didn't even offer an apology after letting the waiters know, they really don't miss anything in the food , the churros are terrible, we will never go back there nor would I recommend it to my friends

Medianoche sandwich was good but not the authentic sweet bread taste. Empanadas chorizo were also good. It's the battery, so expect high priced and a forced to go tip of 15% or any orders

I came here with my wife I’ve had Cuban (Latino) food before but this was different. We ordered the tostones and they were bland lacked salt. She ordered the shrimp with salad, the salad was disappointing not sure what they used for the sauce but it wasn’t good. (Ranch) would have done the trick!I ordered the Super Bowl salmon with rice and beans. Salmon was good but both rice and beans need a better touch rice was to bland and beans had an acidic taste.I was shocked that they charged for rice and beans! Your kidding! The small piece of salmon was $15. And they charged $9 for the salad! Definitely not coming back sorry guys that’s a bit over kill.

Portions were very tiny. Spent $40 and had to go somewhere else to eat.

Went here for lunch with 3 others. I'll start with the good:Free parking right next door if under 2 hoursBeautiful restaurant and had covered outdoor seatingNice locationFood presentation & service was nice even the tap water was GoodThe bad:Food was not good. I got the red beans and brown rice with shrimp and garlic sauce. The beans were that weird wet soupy consistency of canned beans, the rice was good, the shrimp was boiled from frozen shrimp {what it tasted like} and had literally 0 flavour, I was really expecting grilled shrimp with a touch of seasoning. The dish itself had a ton of garlic however I tasted none of it. ($22)Everyone else didn't finish their food, fries were just ok, just overall not impressive for 4 entrees & 2 sodas at $98 total for the 4 of us.Drinks are not refillable and served in plastic bottles. For a restaurant in this area going for a nice atheistic plastic soda bottles was weird.Everything I mean everything was insanely priced, a basic burger was $19 just meat veg cheese and a handful of fries.Vegetarian options: Lots of tofu or tofu substitutions

I didn’t appreciate that the server completely forgot about us. Although, he claimed he had no idea that he was going to be our server for our table. We clearly remember him saying that he was coming back with our water. Took the guy 20 minutes to actually help us. I ended up tipping him 22% only because the food was good and I’m always about supporting my Latinos fam even when they don’t deserve it.Do better with the service!

Yesterday, February 25, 2024, around 9:30 PM, my friend and I entered this restaurant eagerly, only to encounter an incredibly rude bartender. Despite the busy Saturday evening, we patiently waited at the bar for service. When the bartender finally approached, I politely requested water with lemon, given our prolonged wait. His response was shockingly disrespectful: "Well, I was talking about anything that wasn’t a given, like food." This dismissive and rude remark was wholly uncalled for and unacceptable. We promptly left, unwilling to support such behavior. It's evident they are understaffed and struggle to manage busy nights. My advice: steer clear of this establishment to avoid similar mistreatment.

I came to El Super Pan With you for the first time tonight, and the food was excellent. The best part was the service that we had. Our server, Lauren B made great recommendations and was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.
