The server was awful. The food was even worse. The lemonade was mid. Definitely a waste of time and money.

This place absolutely rips. Punk rock, mexican food and strong drinks, nestled in a fun neighborhood. I got a the bean burrito beer combo which was generous and cheap eats.

My friend loves coming here the bartenders are nice and the food is delicious. A great late night spot with plenty of options. Can be a little loud inside at times but you can easily just sit out on the patio. Very welcoming environment!

My daughter and I eat here quite often and we love the food atmosphere and the service. I can't express how delish the shrimp tacos/taco salad is! I'm munching on a Breakfast burrito right now and OMG Hope you enjoy their food and company as much as we do

One of my favorite bars in the world. Super unpretentious and the staff is hilarious. Great Tortillas-style burritos (iykyk) and cheap drinks. Think of it as dive bar-Mexican in the best day possible. Also has vinyl dj sets for late nights.

Elmyr is our favorite divey late night food spot in Atlanta. They’re always reliable. Their quesadillas and burritos are great, their margs are cheap and strong, the vibe is punk and they play cool music, what more could you ask for.

Best black beans and rice i have ever had. Prices are reasonable beyond reproach
I was told to try the Grizz and Ms Ginger hooked me up. She was pleasant and nice. Easy to talk too made me feel right at home!
10/10 will return.

Me and my wife have eaten here many times in the past before, and had mostly good experiences. However, when we most recently went the server asked to see our IDs before we could order anything. I understand they have a 21+ policy for the entire restaurant but other customers who had just sat down next to us were not asked to do the same. The IDs were of course not a problem except for the fact that my wife had left her wallet at home. The server refused to work with us on the issue when I offered for my wife to show a picture or other similar proof of age. Very frustrating and felt very odd that the tables around us were not asked to show ID. If your going to ID one table do it for all. Will not be dining here again.

Elmyr was cool, not too inviting, very grungy type of atmosphere which does not mean anything was wrong, AT ALL. I’m from So Cal, so this type of set up is typical. Upon walking in, you wouldn’t think they serve Mexican food, but I intentionally typed in Mexican food near me, and voila, they were right down the street from where I was walking. I can’t speak on parking, but it does seem like the place is targeting locals, who typically bike, skate or walk to get around.
I chose the blackened fish tacos. And what I did not know was that it came with a side of black beans and rice, and they threw in some salsa verde. I liked the mild flavor of the combination of the black beans and rice. My first bite of the taco was interesting. The cabbage mix, corn and the salsa were fresh! I loved the texture and the crunch of all the flavors married together. The fish was a little underwhelming. I thought it’d be a bit more sapid, but as I ate more of the taco, the protein began to blend in well with everything else that was topped within. All in all I’ll give it a 7.5 for sure!

I went to Elmer for my cousinā€˜s birthday. I didn’t get to taste the food because one of the girls at the table had been waiting for over an hour to get her food so I decided not to order. Overall, it was a cool atmosphere. however, the service was abysmal, and I can’t speak on the food because I didn’t have any and when I try to get service at the bar, they turned me away immediately without listening to the situation.

Food is slapping, drinks are slapping, prices are slapping. This place in general slaps. Love it. (Slapping is good)
