Ordered a dozen bagels on a weekend morning. All of them were so hard and stale that no one ate them. So disappointing.

Disappointing bagels for a shop named after them. Had the sea salt batch.

Over 50 dollars for 2 bagels and 2 iced drinks is criminal

This place was a huge disappointment. It’s a bagel shop. That’s all they do. I asked for a BEC and for them to use cream cheese instead of regular cheese, and they said the cream cheese would come on the side. What kind of bagel shop doesn’t have the ability to put cream cheese on a bagel?? Mind you my BEC was $13.

The person I was with ordered a bagel with cream cheese and added an egg. Guess what? They didn’t have the ability to put the egg in the sandwich and had to give it on the side.

At a bagel shop with so many options customization is the name of the game. They also had 8-10 people working and were not busy. I just can’t fathom how a bagel shop is unable to spread cream cheese and add an egg to a bagel.

The bagel was nothing special either. It was mid and chewy. Hopefully they figure out how to add cream cheese and eggs to bagels soon.

Having been to multiple locations honestly emerald city bagels is mid at best. I keep trying to like it. Some of my friend rave about it, but it's just mid. The prices are too high for these bagels also which is probably why I can't like them. For two people I regularly spend like over 30 bucks where like other meals in this range give like meat or something. Would I go back sure, but it's not something I would seek out.

I’m from the Northeast…this is the best bagel sandwich I’ve encountered in Atlanta in 18 years. Kids love riding bikes down the Beltline to get coffee and breakfast. Everything is consistently made. Please add more tables to the patio!!

Bagels are fabulous with loads of schmear, and the drinks hit the spot too! Tons of fun options, super friendly staff, and the vibe totally feels like a classic NYC bagel shop. Since it’s right on the Beltline, it gets busy—but the flow’s solid, so you can grab your goodies and bounce pretty quick.

I love their bagels!
However, my recent breakfast sandwich I had was not their best. This rating is just for the sandwich. Their bagels are delicious.

Disgusting bagel, burned to a crisp. Totally inedible. I also ordered an untoasted bagel. It was dense and unappealing, sort of tasted like a grocery store bagel. Edible, but certainly not winning any bagel awards.

I’m surprised by all the bad reviews, and when you read them, they really don’t make sense.

The bagels are good - although not the best you’ll ever have. Tons of variety, great atmosphere, and good vibes. Would recommend.

Over priced and horrible customer service. Almost $30 for 2 bagels. They skimp on the cream cheese but charge a fair amount. The amount of cream cheese is like they did it by accident and then attempted to scrap it off and you get what’s left.

Absolutely not worth the price. Then if you call them out or mention it online they block you instead of trying to resolve the issue.

This is why “small businesses” get “beat up “ online. Because they have no customer service skills and force you to go public even when you try going directly to them, with hopes of them showing you a different experience because maybe it was an off day.

But again for the price they don’t have much room for “off days”.

Not to mention they have a “bagel box” outside to avoid the lines bug when you go even mid morning it’s still closed forcing you to go inside and wait or pick something else in the area

Very inconsistent. Sometimes the bagels are good but more often than not they are chewy and tough.

Absolutely rip off. Give you almost no cream cheese and charge $6 when the bagel itself is only $2.50. Can’t wait for PopUp Bagels to open.
