The bagels are supposed to be NY and they come close, but not close enough for a 5 star. Decor is really cool.

I’ve given this spot 3 tries in hopes it would get better. Since the opening it’s been packed with people. And everyone looks to be enjoying the bagels. Every time I ask myself what am I missing? Am I just a hater? But no every single time I’ve tried the bagels it truly has not been enjoyable. My first bagel was the Lox bagel with garlic cream cheese (recommended by the cashier). That bagel was so hard to eat and so incredibly salty. The second attempt, a simple bacon egg and cheese. Again the bagel was so hard. I could not finish it. The third attempt, the bagel of the month- Meghan was hard to eat and lacked taste. The only thing that made it eatable was the cream cheese that doesn’t even come with it. I want so badly to like this place because it’s the only bagel/breakfast sandwich spot on the beltline. But it’s truly terrible and not to mention expensive. The bagels taste microwaved and are physically hard to eat to the point it hurts my jaw.

Stopped by before a race. Great service and tasty sandwich. Had a wonderful Earl Grey tea that was amazing.

If you are looking for a coffee and a bagel on the Beltline, look no further. This place is great. Food is good, coffee is excellent, and the throwback vibe is appreciated. It's like stepping back in time, done in an authentic way.

I hate to leave a bad review because the bagels are tasty and I like the coffee, but it is simply not worth the money to come here. It is over $10 for a very small bagel. Every time I go there, they consistently get either my order or a friend’s order incorrect. I am not someone who really cares when I get a slightly wrong order and will generally end up eating it, but to be frank to me it feels unacceptable to deliver a $10+ order on a BAGEL that is incorrect.

11 dollars for a meat, egg, and cheese on a small airy bagel that seemed more microwaved than toasted. The taste of the ingredients was fine I guess (hint of rosemary in the bagel was nice). But the bagel didn’t even have a crisp to it. And for 11 dollars…. I expected something incredible. I was so excited for this place as I live right above it. But it doesn’t hold a candle to my usual, Brooklyn Bagel.

We have officially converted here from the East Atlanta spot. It is so cute and clean, and the staff is always kind and helpful! This location has a several different canned beverages and creative cold brew flavors to choose from, which is cool. I do wish they had somewhere to sit inside

$18 for a bagel sandwich?! Portion was TINY for the price and it was slightly above average. And then the audacity to request a 20% tip at the minimum on the payment screen is robbery.

Edit: I have been going here regularly now and they have improved their service and food quality a lot. I do recommend this location.

I was very excited to have a bagel shop right under my apartment, but Emerald city bagels turned out to be a big disappointment.

I have been here thrice now, and each time it took them more than 20 minutes to get me a bagel with cream cheese. One of the days was Monday at 7:30 AM. There were only four people in the shop. Should not take this long.

The bagels themselves were pretty mediocre. They seemed lightly warmed rather than toasted. They taste and cost like the bagels at a mid tier city airport.

I hope their service and quality gets better. I don’t mind paying more for good food. But this is not worth anyone’s time or money.

Honestly, a bit surprised the reviews aren’t higher! Have been a big fan of ECB’s EAV location for years. Visited this new spot this morning and loved it. Really cute atmosphere, outdoor seating, delicious bagels and coffee, pretty quick service on a holiday weekend. My only qualm is the prices are steep, but I expected that knowing the prices of the EAV location. Loved it and it definitely deserves better reviews!

We had a blueberry bagel with blue berry cream cheese. We also ordered an egg , cheese and bacon bagel . Absolutely delicious. The closest thing to New York bagels I’ve had .very very good.

I didn’t get any pics because we were having so much fun. I didn’t think I would ever be able to get bagels this good in ga! I grew up upstate ny and my fave memory is my dad bringing home fresh bagels every Saturday. So glad this place is in walking distance from me. Will have to start a new Saturday tradition in Ga.
