We hired Endive to cater our wedding at the Trolley Barn. The venue we selected has a very small kitchen and not enough ovens, but Endive did not let that stop them from creating a delicious selection of hors d'oeuvres and dinner for our 200 (!) guests. Endive also bartended our wedding beautifully, creating mixed drinks and serving alcohol we provided.
Several of our guests came to us during and after the wedding to let us know how delicious the food was and were blown away by the quality even buffet-style.
Endive has a pretty good attention to detail. The account executive we worked with, Stephanie, gave us great tips on how to effectively feed our crowd and also save money. We were able to serve 3 distinct proteins and several sides thanks to her guidance.
Endive also prepared for us a very nice private dinner during cocktail hour that included our signature drink, our place settings, all the food being served at the reception, and even some flower arrangements! Very nice touch.
One thing Endive could improve was getting food to our guests with dietary restrictions. We had sent the names and table numbers of those who couldn't eat at the buffet, but only those who went to the caterer and requested their meal got to eat.
Overall, we enjoyed working with Endive and thought the presentation and quality of food was excellent.

Communication - we mostly worked with Bre, and she was responsive & helpful from the tasting to the day of. She promptly and kindly answered all questions, and helped us with details we wouldn't have thought of on our own. She is an absolute joy to work with!
Setup - the Endive team are detail-oriented, prompt, and work like a well-oiled machine. Our decor company flaked out the day of, and they even assisted with putting table settings together which was a lifesaver for my husband and I! PS: if I could go back in time, I would 1000% get my decor through Endive as well because they will not let you down.
Food - We knew from the tasting that everything would be delicious, but I'm not exaggerating when I say that EVERY guest had rave reviews about our hors devours, buffet dinner, and desserts. They served the bride/groom which was a super pleasant surprise, and they provided our private moment with some appetizers AS WELL AS packed up our leftovers to go! I'm a chef myself, so getting well cooked, well seasoned food is important to me - and Endive delivered flawlessly.
Pricing - Endive gave us the best bang for our buck after doing 3 different catering tastings. Their menu is creatively curated, and they do a great job of things like keeping everything hot without overcooking sensitive dishes like fish or chicken breasts. I never felt as if we were being overcharged for the value received.
Overall, 10/10 from Endive! You guys were a big part of what made our wedding day so special and memorable. Despite a literal hurricane the day before, you guys came and showed out. We will be using Endive for other catering events in the future, especially because there's so much more on your menu we want to eat :) Thank you again!

The bartenders did a fantastic job with bar setup, efficient & quality service, and packing leftover alcohol for easy clean-up. Endive was also very flexible about accommodating dietary restrictions, which was great for our vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free guests. Endive was a "splurge" vendor for us but worth every penny, they were a huge part of making our wedding reception a perfect night.

Endive catered our wedding this month, and just WOW. There are no words. This is not your typical catered wedding food. This is the quality of a high-end restaurant, for all your guests. We had 140 people with a buffet-style dinner. I don't know how Endive did it, but every guest raved about the food. We had Greek salad, fish over pasta, beef short rib, mini pulled pork sliders, and BBQ chicken with mashed potatoes. Every item was better than the last! Endive was also just a joy to work with. The cocktail hour apps -- cheese and bits table, fried green tomato, bacon-wrapped shrimp, asiago potatoes -- were also just as good, and I loved that we had a beautifully prepared plate brought to us in the bridal suite to make sure we ate some proper food before joining our guests in the lobby, Before the wedding, the tasting was an experience in and of itself. Breanna was a fabulous communicator. Also, all the staff (including bartenders) were just lovely during our whole event. We had leftovers that my husband and I enjoyed for many days after our wedding. We'd hire Endive again for any event, and recommend them without any hesitation to others.

Endive’s hors devours, salads, entrees, and dessert station were all equally phenomenal. Serving 84 people simultaneously, the entrees came out hot and fresh, and were absolutely delicious. Just about every last guest at our wedding immediately mentioned how great the food was after congratulating us.
We figured the meals wouldn’t be as good as they were at the tasting since it’s tough to keep that quality while serving 84 people at the same time, but wow did Endive step up and knock it out of the park. They even left us with a bunch of tasty leftovers. Best food I have ever had at a wedding by far, even after considering my obvious bias for my own wedding!
