We went post a little league baseball game as a last minute plan and was pleasantly surprised. The food, the atmosphere and the service was outstanding; all at a reasonable price. I was surprised to find they'd been there for 14 years. We've passed it a million times..

Gave me a lunch portion for dinner, the “owner” refused to handle the issue then I was told “we can just throw it away if you don’t want it” I’m paying over $25 for a meal (one person) that I’ve been wanting all day. I’m a regular customer here and would never write a review but was so annoyed by the time I left I felt like I had no other choice. WORST part about this, I got steak and scallops. The scallops were so disgusting I threw up immediately and most likely have food poisoning since I haven’t stopped vomiting. The “owner” told me to call the police. (After he told me his business insurance would take care of it lol. He then proceeded to tell me he didn’t have insurance for his business ?) I’ve never dealt with someone being so unprofessional and blatantly rude to someone they made sick!!! This used to be my favorite spot and now most likely not returning. Unless it’s the lunch serving staff they are amazing, idk what the staff had going on tonight?♀️

It’s hard to judge the place just from the outside but, the inside is really nice. It’s clean, there were a good amount of people there for a Friday night, couples and families. The waiter was very attentive and made a good recommendations for sake. One thing I’ll mention is that they do not have a person cooking hibachi in front of you, someone makes the food in the kitchen and then they bring it out to you. Just a heads up bc we didn’t realize that until we got there. But the food and service were good so it was ok!
Kid-friendliness: There were quite a few people there with children so, this is a place I would consider in the future if I eat out with my kids.

Love that they have chicken sushi and an option for soy paper instead of seaweed. I love sushi, or as my loved ones call it: “sushi”. I don’t eat seafood and don’t like seaweed at all but love veggie rolls or chicken rolls wrapped in soy paper and this place has both and they’re delicious! They have a chicken tempura roll with spicy mayo (chef’s kiss) and a terriyaki chicken roll. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes there are some orange fish eggs on my roll in random places (like, one or two here and there, but happens every single time). My husband (who does eat seaweed and seafood) also enjoys coming here. All in all, good food, good service, good prices, what’s not to love.
