All hype took forever for the food to come felt neglected sat in the seat for over 2 hrs didn't even get it all and they add the tip too the bill because they know the service sucks
(Edit: After 8 years this company circled back to finally address all the bad services and publicity. People are in whole different places in there life at this point, then when they or I first came to this place. At this point you may need a name change, to go with the change in management and with the publicity management and start from scratch.)
