“This place is a STAPLE!!! The food is annoyingly good (I literally was SO full and was still taking little bites), and the service was amazing!!! Please stop by and get the Meat Lovers with Lamb, Chicken, and Ribeye. Oh, and get the Lemon Cake! You’re welcome :)“
“Delicious. I got the veggie plate, which was 11.95 for 4 side veggies and a piece of corn (pancake?). The cabbage, green beans and collared greens were cooked well and flavorful. All different textures to compliment the veggies. The mac and cheese was baked and comforting.
Tough for me was that everything was boxed in Styrofoam, including their drinks. They helped refill my water bottle, but only if they handed me a Styrofoam cup. Technically, these are better choices than the polypropylene black boxes other vendors are using since neither can be recycled.“

I got an Embilta Special Large to go… and I think I flooded my car on the drive home salivating oh my oh myyyyyyy the smells

“Best Ethiopian food in Atlanta! I’ve tried other restaurants and the dishes from Abol are consistently better (both in portion size and taste). My personal favorites are the Shiro and veggie platter. They accommodate vegan restrictions, too ♥️“

The food is always fresh and consistently delicious. It’s perfect for takeout, and we’ve never had trouble finding a table when dining in. We’ve been loyal fans of the salmon tibs and lamb ribs for over three years—they never disappoint. Highly recommend!“

“I got the veggie platter. The food was so tasty! Tastes like authentic ethiopian! Real teff injera. Real shiro. The shiro here tasted amazing unlike other ethiopian restaurants here. The owner is so nice. I wish her the best success because she deserves it!“

“This honestly is probably the best and most authentic place for Ethiopian food in Atlanta. I've been coming here for years and the food and service is always top tier, regardless if you're dining in taking out.
Their kitfo is incredible as well as their shiro, never disappoints. If you haven't been here yet, make it your next stop!“

“Every time I come to this place I feel like I’m home (even though I’m not Ethiopian!)
It’s so cozy, small, comfortable! The people who work here are so warm and genuine! They treat you more like a guest and less like a customer, and are very sincere with their recommendations!
Love it!!
Vegetarian options: I got the Vegi Platter which is collard greens, lentils and potatoes (four curries) with injeer. Love it!!!“
