TL;DR:
Euphoria Lounge was a total misfire. Slow, inconsistent service, raw food, surprise charges, unfulfilled promises, and a cramped, pot-smelling atmosphere completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun night out. I should’ve walked out after the first 10 minutes of foolishness.
I went to Euphoria Lounge tonight, and the best way to describe the experience is dysphoria. My sister had recommended it after attending a Love Island watch party there on a Sunday. She paid no valet, but when we arrived (also on a Sunday), we were told valet is $10 from Friday to Monday. The inconsistency set the tone.
From there, it spiraled. Our server, Jazz, was clearly overwhelmed. We were seated at 8:30 PM and didn’t get food until 9:15. Drinks came slightly faster. I ordered chicken tenders—figuring they were foolproof—but they were raw. Fully pink inside.
Now? My stomach hurts. Whether from the undercooked food or the overall stress, I genuinely regret eating.
When I flagged Jazz down, she apologized and said she’d comp the meal. But she also took my fries, and then had the nerve to charge me $7 for them—even though the whole meal was $12. I've never had a side cost more than the entrée. At the very least, I wish she had asked if I wanted to keep the fries before removing them.
My friend waited forever for her drink. When it finally came, it was in a smaller, different cup than my sister’s—even though they ordered the exact same thing. After three follow-ups, it was clear Jazz had simply forgotten to put it in.
The hookah was just as delayed. My sister’s order took over 45 minutes. We watched tables that arrived after us receive their hookah first. When we asked the manager about it, he denied the wait time before finally agreeing to remove it from our bill—but only deducted $10. Why? Because Jazz had apparently also forgotten to put that order in initially. By that point, I had food poisoning on a plate and no sign of improved service. Completely unacceptable.
To top it off, we were crammed into a corner next to a group of men openly smoking blunts. The group wasn’t the issue, but it clashed hard with the Love Island girls' night vibe we expected. I asked Jazz if we could move to the elevated seating, especially since the table in front of the screen had been camped there all night. She said she’d “help us out” but never followed up.
Later, she claimed the elevated section was only for bottle service. That would be more believable if only one group up there had a bottle. The others, like us, were just groups of 2 or 3. So either the policy was flexible or just selectively enforced. Either way, she didn’t try.
By the end of the night, we’d endured:
An hour-long wait for hookah
Raw chicken tenders
A forgotten drink
Cramped, smoky seating
Multiple billing inconsistencies
A stomachache
And a server who refused to take responsibility
When we voiced our concerns, Jazz responded with a condescending tone and basically shrugged it all off. But isn’t putting in orders, following up, and advocating for your table literally the job?
After tonight, the only consistent thing about Euphoria was the slow service, poor communication, and total lack of accountability. Definitely not the vibe. Save your time and your money.
