Great service and delicious foods, just got as many gluten free options as advertised. Only pasta.

The fried buffalo chicken sandwich here is the best I've had in the tri county area.

Natashia our server was top notch.

I only leave poor reviews to save others from making the same mistake I did. A normal Thursday evening, first night of my stay, the place not overly filled for the first night of the 2025 NFL draft. Drink pours weren't even a finger, more like a pinkie. I expect higher prices in a hotel for a normal pour, but this was unacceptable. Ordered a cheeseburger and fries, simple right? Fries were hot and fresh, burger was luke warm and you could have used the bun crown to pound nails. I can't recall a worse burger in my 50-plus years. I wondered if I would regret eating what I did. Fortunately, there was no negative impact to anything but my taste buds. Found other places to drink/dine for the remainder of my stay.

Visiting here & when we arrived the host said 15 mins. After 40 mins of still waiting, asked the host who was as named “Mo” or “MD” kinda quipped an attitude when I asked how much longer. He never wrote down a name or last digits of a phone number to know the order of waiting guests; just said “I’ll rmbr the order”..meanwhile there was a bunch of To-Go orders flying off the shelf. No acknowledgement of “apologies” or extended time. Just a harsh tone of “leave me alone” basically. Just TERRIBLE!!! Where is the manager to address all of these misses???

Came into town with family for my neices birthday at the Courtland Grand Hotel . While there we decide to try the hotel restaurant Fandangles for dinner that night . I ordered a black bean burger and was asked how I'd like it cooked , med , med- well or well . I was slightly confused but just asked that it cooked to temperature. When my plate came back it came back with a hair on it , our server was no where to be found so I took my plate to the bar tender and showed him the hair. I changed my order to the nachos , only to be told 10 minutes later that there were no more nachos and asked if fries would work ,I agreed . Waiting another 10 minutes I asked if my order could be made to go as everyone else at my table had already ate and was waiting on me and my food , 4 minutes later a plate of cheesy fries with scallions was placed in front of me . No jalapeños no sour cream , nothing but cheese. We flagged down the manager after waiting another 5-8 minutes to ask if the nachos could be canceled and to.just get our checks. While going over the check and in explaining to him what happened with the black beam burger , he just said don't worry about it and walked away . No apology for the poor service. I definitely won't be back there and will not suggest it to anyone else . Not when the Metro diner is a block away. Not when Hsus or Gus's is 1 block away . Terrible terrible terrible .

Not a good experience!! Seat cushions were flat so we were able to feel the frame of the seat. It was uncomfortable! We came in for my daughter’s 21st birthday since we were staying at the hotel we wanted to check out the restaurant! We ordered the Bacon Gouda Burger and regular cheeseburger and a black bean burger! Our server asked us how would you like your black bean burger cooked medium, mid-well or well done! This was the first sign of confusion! We asked for it to be cooked to temp please! When the burgers came out there was hair on the black bean burger plate! We took the plate to the bartender and asked for it to be changed to the nachos with no meat (no bacon)! Which came with pico, sour cream, and jalapeños! About 10 mins later the bartender came over and said they had no chips and asked if fries would be ok? We agreed and continued to wait. After everyone finished their meal we still hadn’t received the nachos so we went and asked the bartender if we could go ahead and get them Togo. Five mins later our server brought out a bowl of cheese fries with scallions! No pico no sour cream and no jalapeños! Completely astonished we asked the manager on duty to just take it off the bill we didn’t want to wait for anything else especially if it was going to come out wrong. He agreed then came back to see what we had ordered to separate the checks! He seemed to be frustrated while he was asking who got what. It was two checks at this point both with a burger and a drink! As I was explaining what we ordered he rudely interrupted me and said you know what I’ll just take care of it and walked away! No apology or anything! If you ask me that was the opposite of hospitality. Like many others I work in this industry and I know its been rough as of late with the quality of employees these days! But this was completely unacceptable!!! It was a Thursday night and they were not busy, maybe four tables in the whole restaurant! The bartender was the only one who actually had any since!! Just a sad experience all around!!

I don't understand why people rate this restaurant/bar so low. Little pricey, but remember, this is a hotel restaurant/bar. Compared to other hotel bars, the prices are pretty reasonable and the service was really nice.

mushroom & Swiss burger was good & salad caesar salad was good as well, they forgot my ranch but it was good without it

I had the loaded potato chips (appetizer) as my main dish. I would order it again but without the chicken. (Personal preference - I do not like buffalo sauce and bell peppers).
My husband had a big lunch earlier so he just ordered dessert, the brownie with ice cream. It was a huge piece of brownie but not to heavy.
When you visit, also take a walk outside in the courtyard. Absolutely gorgeous to walk around.

Good food, we got a Cesar salad and the salmon and split them which was a perfect portion for the two of us

I came in to order a Togo order at the bar
The guy took my order and I waited a hour for my food and come to find out they never put it in a true waste of my time

Food was good but overpriced. Service was ass. I’d only recommend this place if you have nowhere else to go.

I had an incredible experience at the bar thanks to DJ, the bartender. His personable and friendly demeanor instantly made me feel welcome. DJ's energy is infectious—he turned an ordinary night into an unforgettable one. He introduced me to his bourbon challenge, which was a thrilling and unique experience, and crafted a mind-blowing cocktail that truly showcased his impressive skills. If you're looking for a bartender who combines expertise with a fun, engaging personality, DJ is your guy. I can't recommend him highly enough—he's a standout in the industry!

We’re staying at the Courtland Grand for Dragon Con and stopped in for a drink and some food. Trese was our server and she was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful dining experience. The dining area was quiet and clean, service was awesome, and we had some draft beers and food that really hit the spot.
