I was trying to order just a veggie plater , but the broccoli was dry, to much butter on their veggie and the rice was not fluffy.. Bad customer service from the servers do not smile just ask what you want. I would give them 5 star because of the young man who wear glasses , but the service is a collective as a whole.. So I give the three star to the young man, do not know his name , they need 5 servers like him.. Please stop allowing the food to seat so long to allow the vegetables to dry out..

Wheelchair accessibility: Because it’s a buffet style I can speak highly on the service or the vegetable that’s so dry..

Food was trash. While it looks appetizing it wasn’t. The rice is super dry, the chicken even though I chose two flavors it tasted the same. Would not recommend.

I never write reviews but I feel compelled to do so, simply based on how I was treated. I am only in Atlanta for a few days. I was excited to discover the Mall and food court as I stood outside the restaurant trying to decide my meal, I was met with Racism and extremely poor customer service. I didn't get to try the food because of that. Samples were offered to other people of the same race that were not even in line and to be honest there wasn't a line. They were calling people over. I was treated as a problem, an interference
" Move from here" " You are in the way". I don't remember the last time I've been treated so poorly. So I recommend you do not eat here, go next door to Tokyo Express they are very welcoming and friendly and the food is delicious and reasonably priced.

Don't recommend. The fried plantains tasted like cigarette smoke, the orange chicken was mostly breading or tough, and the low mein tasted super fishy.

Decided to stop here and eat. Typical mall food you would get from anywhere else nothing special about it but tasted good.

I've been a customer since 2007. Today, I asked to get the honey chicken in a separate container (same amount) b/c the it gets soggy when the other sauces are included. Who wants that when it's take out order?

She refused and told me I'd have to pay for an additional $5.99.

I’ll wait in the long Pei Wei line next time…they consider rice / noodles to be a side, and the chicken choices are not great. Noodles were also not

They speak very badly about you when you want a sample. Bad customer service! I recommend Tokyo Express instead.

All there chicken was so fricken good I had sweet and sour teriyaki and the jalapeño chicken they all were cooked great still fresh and hot and had amazing flavor the lo Mein tasted like noddles with no flavor or sauce at all super disappointing the fried rice was forgettable the staff was either very nice or very rude depending on the people who dealt with you and there soda fountain tastes like it needs to be cleaned the sprite tasted kinda off over all I’d come back just try some of there other sides the chicken is so bomb

Usually my choice above the other two Asian food restaurants. Quality was lacking with this visit. The food was more second day take out than day one fresh!
