All there chicken was so fricken good I had sweet and sour teriyaki and the jalapeño chicken they all were cooked great still fresh and hot and had amazing flavor the lo Mein tasted like noddles with no flavor or sauce at all super disappointing the fried rice was forgettable the staff was either very nice or very rude depending on the people who dealt with you and there soda fountain tastes like it needs to be cleaned the sprite tasted kinda off over all I’d come back just try some of there other sides the chicken is so bomb

the older workers are completely rude. i saw her hit a young worker and the other one pushed her. i will be coming back for an update on them or i'm calling works comp. and reporting abuse. they also mocked my accent. food was terrible.

I've been a customer since 2007. Today, I asked to get the honey chicken in a separate container (same amount) b/c the it gets soggy when the other sauces are included. Who wants that when it's take out order?She refused and told me I'd have to pay for an additional $5.99.

I tried a piece chicken and didn’t like it so I chose Pei Wei next to them. I got up because I needed sauce and accidentally grabbed it from Farmers Basket. One small soy sauce packet and the lady started screaming at me to put it back because I didn’t buy anything from them. That 30 cents packet cost them a customer because I will never buy anything from them ever again. Lady with dark hair and dark rim glasses needs to learn some manners.

There is a particular worker who is very rude. I asked her about the food being served there and she caught an attitude right away for no known reasons. I will be contacting the managements office as well to advise them of the treatment she provided me and other guests. I never never eat at a place with bad service from the jump! I asked to speak to a manager of for a phone number for me to reach management and I was told that I couldn't speak to management and there is no number to call and I asked could I leave mines and I was told "no." I walked next door to Pei Wei and gave them my money instead.

I asked if it was possible to try any of the sides and / or veggies . the young woman ( brown complected , possibly middle eastern or indian maybe ) informed me that no side items could be sampled but i could try any “ entree “ ( the proteins / meats ) . so i asked how the handle customers who dont eat the “ entrees “ , people who don’t eat meat can’t sample too? then the older, asian woman who was giving out samples to another customer interjects and explains “ people know what the sides taste like so theres no sampling “ essentially its not necessary … nobody knows what YOUR food and YOUR cooking tastes like until they try it . she would have been better off just keeping that response in the vault . the other customer also agreed that their policies and responses were ridiculous . didn’t become a customer today and won’t be back . i instead took my business to bezoria in the same mall . much more accommodating .Monday , October 17th 2022 , approximately 4:30 pm. Physical descriptions are given solely for identification purposes since I didn’t see name tags / get any names. Under no circumstances is this written to discriminate against anyone.
