? JOEEEEEE! You need a business coach if you want to last. You can't see the forest for the trees. It is very clear that you are working out of desperation in this feeble attempt to do business. We left very disappointed that we decided to support an establishment run by an Owner that would COMPLETELY IGNORE the CONSUMER'S CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM we initially offered. It was very disheartening to get such a LACK OF CONSIDERATION when it is clearly YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to make the consumer experience was not as easy and convenient as it should be in the 21st century. What happened?... ??Otw to the car, we decided to support the food truck and try something new. We walked ??‍♂️ ??‍♀️ up... NO CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS as to how to place an order. We knocked on the window. After it took them far more time to open the window than it should, they told us to order online. We did. Text came when food was done. We go back to the window, and they don't have our order. They said my husband placed the order at the restaurant location. ?We called Joe for a refund because, quite frankly, I was hesitant to place the order after feeling like it was absurd that a customer standing right in front of you is redirected to place an online order.‼️Soooo... we called Joe for a refund, AND BOYYYY WAS THAT A FULL ON DISAPPOINTMENT!!!He was defensive, combative, and offered to give us a $5 discount instead of the $10 we paid. I was adamant that the order process could easily be made much simpler by adding a QR CODE and the order instructions on the A-Frame in front of the food truck.Needless to say.... that was our 1st and LAST time patronizing either location.

The location at little 5 points: Food was not good. Owner was rude. I got the alfredo with chicken and the sauce was watery, food was under seasoned, and it just overall was a step up from school cafeteria food at best. It was so bad I immediately returned my meal to the truck and requested a refund. The workers called who I assumed to be the owner, someone named Joe, and I explained to him that I did not like the food, I barely touched it, and I wanted a full refund. He then began to tell me how since “nothing was wrong” with the food, he could only give me half a refund, even though I had not even eaten the food.He was honestly pretty rude. As I was describing how I paid $17 for simple alfredo and chicken, he interrupted me to say that the reason why my meal was $17 was because “I had a lot of add ons” when the only thing I had was alfredo and chicken and a receipt to prove it. He then told me that I would receive my refund the next morning, which I did not.It is the next day and I tried to call the food truck to see about the process of my refund. The phone numbers on google are all out of service for the little 5 points location so I had to physically drive there again to check on my refund. When I got there, I spoke to Joe over the phone again (the owner I spoke to the day before) and explained that given the fact I did not eat or enjoy my food, I was not given a refund when I was told I would receive it, and there wasn’t even phone number to contact his establishment so I had to physically drive to check on my refund, I wanted a full refund. He explained again that since “there was nothing wrong with the food”, I would only get a 50% refund and that if there was “something wrong with the food” that he would have given me a full refund. He then went on to talk about how I should have chosen a dish “with a heartier sauce” since the alfredo was a simple sauce, which honestly makes no sense to me, all items on the menu should be made correctly regardless of the sauce.I explained that it wasn’t ethical to charge for a meal that wasn’t even eaten and he asked what he was supposed to do with the food that I didn’t eat? I replied to throw it away because it simply wasn’t good and he proceeded to tell me “the conversation was over and I will only receive a 50% refund”.Very poor customer service on the owner’s part. The workers were wonderful and I wish they didn’t have to work for such a money hungry company that doesn’t value customer satisfaction. Honestly if you want food that costs less, actually tastes good, and has great customer service, you’re better off going next door to Hattie B’s and getting a meal for $10. This place will be the cause of its own downfall within the next 2 years tops.

Little Azio down the street is now my go to. Food hasn’t been the same since they left the plaza. I’m sure the food is not fresh. Update your menu with more fragrant foods.

Slightly disappointing. Got takeout - bolognese, capellini - and the pasta was over-cooked (mushy) and bland (perhaps not enough sauce). The bread and olive oil was decent, with a nice little spice to it. Maybe you’ll have better luck with other dishes- I wish I’d ordered the lasagna.

Best restaurant we have ever eaten. Excellent food and excellent service. You must go here when visiting Athens!! We will go again on our last day here.

Delicious! Got the mushroom ravioli with the pecorino and lemon sauce. Was ready fast and price is fair. Will definitely be back to try other sauce and noodle options!

Meh. If I have a craving for Italian but I don't feel like making my own or feeling too uppity to pop lasagna in the oven, I'll come back. It's not bad...just could do better. For example the lasagna had great taste, texture was too mushy. Noodles were over cooked. The meatball I couldn't even eat, which says a lot because I hate wasting money. They were extremely spicy (even for a spicy lover such as myself) with no other seasoning...just hot. The ciabatta breast that came along with it was brick hard. Next next I would not put it in the oven. Highlight of my dinner was the apricot and goat cheese spread! Now THAT was delicious.

Figo is now a food truck? But it works! It's still the delicious food you expect from Figo, but take-out only. We've recently been enjoying the funghi sauce, but can also highly recommend the checca. I love how authentic and unique this food is, compared to the "classic Italian restaurant." Everything just seems more elevated. I wish portion sizes were just a little larger, considering the prices, but it's a nice treat every once in a while.

Tradeoffs you have to weigh. The quality is superb, and the price is not bad (for Italian). Have some unique options you won't find elsewhere, too. That said, quantities are quite small, the location is a pain to get into and out of, and there are solid value options not far away.

Figo is an Italian inspired restaurant located at the Edgewood shopping center. This is the same place that the target Best Buy in Kroger are at. It is not my favorite place to go to in terms of traffic as it gets super congested and parking is not very good here. Figo can be seen from Moreland Avenue as it is at the corner of the complex. Currently the restaurant has no indoor seating and everything is take out.If you're looking for a quick pasta option then Fego is a great fit. Their food is good nothing spectacular but definitely gets the job done. My one issue with Figo is many times that I go Half of the menu is unavailable because they don't have the ingredients or they have already sold out. This can be super frustrating however I understand. My favorite thing to get here is the Zucca which is filled with butternut squash. It is a great fall pasta dish. I also get the chicken meatball which is a good supplement to this meal. I also like the spinach salad which comes with goat cheese shaved carrots and balsamic vinegar. It's a great way to start the meal it is a super refreshing salad. The Edgewood area and are looking for Italian I think figure it was a pretty good option. It's family friendly and when they have all of their hostas it can be a great experience.

Perfect experience. Every staff member was extremely nice and one of the guys gave us some amazing recommendations that we ended up loving. The salad was amazing, I loved the bread. They were very quick to bring the meal out. Prices were great. We will definitely be back!
