I had the Salmon pasta & Organic Arugula Salad. Very Delicious & Tasty. Food was Fresh & Flavorful. Will Definitely come back. 🤤🤤

It was easy to order from the kiosk and there was a gentleman helping me navigate the ordering process. Food came out quickly and was delicious as I remember it being. Haven’t had Figo in years, will be back this one is close to work.

I've been eating at Figo (across it's previous locations) for over a decade. However, after my pickup order tonight I'm extremely disappointed.
What used to be a family friendly, personable atmosphere has been replaced by touchless screens and lockers for pickup. Absolutely no human interaction. No wonder there was no one dining in; on a Friday night no less!
I'm not sure if the restaurant was sold to PE since the pandemic or what the changes are, but it's absolutely awful now. Feels like something out of an AI nightmare. Even the menu has changed; there's no long pasta (used to love the pappardelle) which I'm sure was nixed in favor of dishes that can be made in large batches.
I miss the feel of all the previous locations (that I see have since closed and the one I visited on Defoors is the only one left.)
Bring back old Atlanta restaurants that actually have a heart that the neighborhood appreciates! This is clearly no longer it.

This is a cool place. Very easy to order. We LOVE the ciabatta bread and the olive oil! It is amazing.
My little one loves the bambini menu, specially the pomodoro sauce. We have tried different meals from this place and it has never disappointed us!
Today, I tried the tiramisu. It is a generous piece of the most delicious combination of creaminess and sweetness. I was not able to share, that shows how delish the tiramisu was.
Also I ordered a chicken Tuscani salad, and super delicious as well.

After having not visited a Figo for almost 10 years, my family and I decided to come after leaving the Aquarium for my son’s birthday. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! We will be making the hour+ drive again soon. Thanks Sean, it was delicious!

This place is a gem, amazing! As a resident of the area there is no where u can get affordable prices like this for homemade Italian food and staples that we all love. Order on the app or website and easily pick up your order with convenience. The pods system is convenient and brilliant! Highly recommended, the curry chicken fusion style pasta is amazing! Everything is good and you can customize and build your own pasta to your liking!

They replaced the restaurant with some crappy robot ordering system that is unnecessarily complex and seems to have lots of errors. They have a bell to ask for assistance but then no one comes.

The quality of Figo has declined over the last years. The last few times I have ordered through Uber dessert was always missing. Neither Uber/nor the merchant have been very reaponsive in fixing this issue when a claim has been made. On 7.16.2025 I decided to give them another try and ordered thru Uber again. The cacio and Pepe was absolutely inedible, the fries arrived cold and soggy, and the tiramisu was just eh. The order was order 5BB2C. The transaction didn’t show up on my bank statement for a few days and by the time it did I couldn’t ask for a refund thru Uber and the merchant has been unresponsive each time I call.

Ordering takeout was confusing. I got The Original signature dish, but it wasn’t clear that I’d need a code texted to my phone to pick it up from a locker. The email code didn’t work, and no one was around to help—I had to call for assistance. When I finally got the food, it was missing the capers and the portion was small. Flavor was good, but overall it felt like a frustrating and risky experience to order a TV dinner.
