They replaced the restaurant with some crappy robot ordering system that is unnecessarily complex and seems to have lots of errors. They have a bell to ask for assistance but then no one comes.

The quality of Figo has declined over the last years. The last few times I have ordered through Uber dessert was always missing. Neither Uber/nor the merchant have been very reaponsive in fixing this issue when a claim has been made. On 7.16.2025 I decided to give them another try and ordered thru Uber again. The cacio and Pepe was absolutely inedible, the fries arrived cold and soggy, and the tiramisu was just eh. The order was order 5BB2C. The transaction didn’t show up on my bank statement for a few days and by the time it did I couldn’t ask for a refund thru Uber and the merchant has been unresponsive each time I call.

Ordering takeout was confusing. I got The Original signature dish, but it wasn’t clear that I’d need a code texted to my phone to pick it up from a locker. The email code didn’t work, and no one was around to help—I had to call for assistance. When I finally got the food, it was missing the capers and the portion was small. Flavor was good, but overall it felt like a frustrating and risky experience to order a TV dinner.

OMG, HORRIBLE! Order via Uber eats. They advertise bogo on a side dish of mac and cheese, which they lost as $8.50. Then they make you click on a SHAPE of pasta and add $7.37, and then only credit you for the $8.50. The pasta came...the lasagna was soggy and spilling out of the container and the small cup of mac and cheese cost me over $15. Total scam!

Ordering was easy and the manager made sure I was taken care of while I waited. Definitely a great spot for some pasta on my lunch break!

The food was fine but there is no staff to greet you and the only time someone comes out to talk to a customer is if there is a problem or you need to use the restroom. I watch an older customer struggle to get their food because you access your food through a locker with a coffee to your phone. It's a very uninviting environment. It's a fast food pickup spot. No real dining.

Amazing food! Chill atmosphere. Everything is for takeout but you can sit down and eat which is great. I got the carbonara and the italian sausage and pepper which was the right amount of spicy. Very pleased.

We have been enjoying FIGO for a few years now at several locations. The food has remained consistent and high-quality. I really like the Gemelli Curry Chicken, the Cacio e Pepe and anything in the Quattro Formaggi sauce.
Like many others, I miss the more sit-down vibe of the restaurant. This was a nice place to enjoy a meal with friends and get good service. However, they have shifted back to a take out model. The food is still good when brought home.

Amazing Food! Anything on the menu will be good. I’ve tried all the FIGO Favorites. The sliced grilled chicken is great!
