It was easy to order from the kiosk and there was a gentleman helping me navigate the ordering process. Food came out quickly and was delicious as I remember it being. Haven’t had Figo in years, will be back this one is close to work.
I've been eating at Figo (across it's previous locations) for over a decade. However, after my pickup order tonight I'm extremely disappointed.
What used to be a family friendly, personable atmosphere has been replaced by touchless screens and lockers for pickup. Absolutely no human interaction. No wonder there was no one dining in; on a Friday night no less!
I'm not sure if the restaurant was sold to PE since the pandemic or what the changes...
