Maybe my first mistake was ordering delivery instead of dining in, but presentation didn’t give the best first impression & it was cold. I can’t even tell what I ordered tbh but I expected more.

This is no fault of Figo but a fault of Google that said the restaurant was open so we drove all the way into town from the hinterlands come to find out that Figo is closed while it's under repairs for a roof issue. So I don't blame Figo, which is usually delicious. I will change my rating when we can actually go and try the food.

Been here a few times and really enjoyed it. Don’t mind that they require masks, I felt safe eating here and appreciated that the staff was wearing them also. Service was pretty good and so was the food. I’ll be back when I’m on this side of town again!

Terrific!! My husband hadn't been here in 7 years and he said it was as wonderful as he remembered. It was my first time and I had the lasagna. This is the first lasagna I've ever had where the sauce was good enough to lick the plate! I'm so excited to visit again next time we take a trip to Atlanta!!

The lasagna was really good I just wish it had been hot instead of luke warm. The arancini was fabulous. The odd thing was that I paid for an order of bread and all I got was a big hunk of bread. There was no oil/herbs or butter just a big dry hunk of bread. That's not what you are expecting when you pay extra for an order of bread.

Just ordered takeout from here. The flavors were all reasonably tasty but the pasta in every dish was very overcooked. Just complete mush.

So I had FIGO about 8 years ago and could not wait to go again however after reading the reviews I was kind of drawn off from the idea of going back. My wife insisted because that is all she wanted to try was this pasta because I would not shut up about it. So instead of going there (which indoor dining was not back yet) and the slow service reviews, we decided to get it uber eats. This was the best idea yet. The pasta was super fresh and the bread was the real winner. I loved the flavor and the flour with the butter and the sauce dipped in it. Overall, I am glad we went but I wish I could have experienced it in person vs take out.

Figo's is traditionally one of my favorite fast food Italian restaurants... the food is always reliably good. However my mom and I went there for dinner yesterday on West Paces ferry and we left very disappointed. In dining is no longer an option but the patio seating was less than par. The tables were not cleaned. And the general upkeep on the terrace was lacking. The eggplant Parmesan was almost inedible...extremely mushy and soggy. However on the plus side the arugula salad was delicious and my ravioli was very tasty. I was disappointed there was no longer a wine or beer menu option available. Hopefully these issues will be changing soon.

Called ahead to seat a large table. She seemed accommodating but it rained and she scolded us for moving ONE table. My elderly father in law was inconvenienced and my cousins had to eat there food on their lap. No bathroom was available and trash can was over filled. NOT GOING BACK

Still requiring masks even though there is no indoor dining. Frustrating. Food is good but portions are small.

Edit: Lowering to a 1 for their rudeness. If a customer politely asks when indoor dining will resume, it is inconsiderate to abruptly say 'we are working on it' while you are turning your head and walking away. Next time respond in kind. My original review is below. The food is nice and fresh. However, they are focusing on carry out items and every item gets a separate container usually made of aluminum. Each lunch combo has so many items to be thrown out. I'm not sure there is a way around that to keep the food fresh but it's horrible for the environment. I feel guilty every time I order from there. Additionally, CDC lifted restrictions but they still prohibit indoor dining and require masks. I politely asked about masks and they said they are following CDC guidelines. However, CDC lifted the guidelines some time ago. I'm okay if they encourage masks but they shouldn't require it.

Food is consistently good but I just had one of the worst service experiences. We ordered over $80 of food and were eating on the porch. My wife asked the server for 1 more little plastic cup of salad dressing. We were told that is another 75 cents and we had to go get back in line, and order it. I asked to speak to the manager, fully expected him to come out with the dressing, thank us for waiting a 1/2 hour, and tell us to enjoy. That did not happen! We were told that is the deal and no apology or explanation. So I as much as I enjoy the food, I’m done here.
