I used Figs and Honey to cater my sister’s Baby Shower in October. Several items were either not delivered or were made incorrectly. I immediately contacted Figs and Honey and made them aware of the issues. Not a single person has taken ownership or tried to remedy the issues that occurred. I have sent emails and made phone calls and I am being completely ignored.Do not use them for your event.

Lovely Day Weddings and Events worked with Figs & Honey last weekend at Atlanta Alpaca Treehouse in the Bamboo Forest. Cade was the lead and the staff was phenomenal. We don't eat until everyone has eaten and an hour after dinner was fully served, our team had a chance to take breaks. The food was still SO good! The steak was still tender and the asparagus was perfect. The owner was very communicative during the planning process, which is really important to us planners! The whole staff that night was so professional and went above and beyond. I cannot say enough good things about service and food!

Buyer beware!! I was informed this company has recently been bought out and is under new management (in 2023). This company did not provide service at a level that was consistent with their previous ownership.Entree- They were short 45 full meals, including the entrée. This is nearly 1/4 of a 200 person wedding.The chicken entrée provided at the wedding was not what was presented to us at the tasting. It was prepared differently. Dry roasted with skin on at tasting vs. baked skinless with a sauce at Wedding.Protein portions were smaller than what was provided at the tasting and the couple wasn’t notified portion size would change.There was no communication with guests that the vegetarian/vegan meals on the unmanned buffet line were for 5 specific people. Even though they were given a detailed list for those 5 guests ahead of time with table numbers and even labels at the seats from the wedding planner.Dessert- Less than 1/4 of the guests had dessert. We didn't have a wedding cake so we were depending on these desserts.The apple dessert bars were different from what was provided at the tasting. The bars were half the size and didn’t seem to be cooked completely through. The crust on the bottom was completely different in texture and flavor.Bride & Groom To-go meal- wasn’t provided after requesting and confirming. The importance of to go meal for the bride was discussed (I have multiple food allergies and sensitivities). The staff was unaware of a to-go meal for the couple. To-go meals are standard for catering companies, much less that it was heavily requested and confirmed for this couple.Service- The buffet was not served nor even manned to ensure guests only took one piece. The guests were not notified to only take one entrée either. This was a huge mistake by the catering company since the portion sizes were so small and since they ordered the exact amount of food for the number for wedding guests.Service- The 5 staff that were sent for the wedding service were in no way prepared or had understanding of the basic tasks, and were not there in time to complete the basics of catering responsibilities.The lead caterer was unfortunately caught vaping in the venue kitchen by the venue owner.They ran the timeline behind the entire event shortening the reception and dancing time for the couple and wedding guests.They did not provide ice for the non-alcoholic beverage table. The wedding planner had to send an assistant to buy ice.No attention to customer service for guests and keeping their water glasses full even though water service was part of the service. Not enough catering staff/experienced staff was sent. Wedding planner paid attention to couple entire night making sure they had drinks and water.Did not clear tables in a timely manner. Wedding planner staff was clearing tables because guests were sick of looking at their food plates and asking for them to be moved.The groom himself had to step into the kitchen because of the poor service.Communication - it was difficult with the manager throughout the process and many things were repeated multiple times from the wedding planner and the bride to the manager. There was a lack of attention to detail, email response was slow, questions were not clearly answered. The bride had to repeat questions multiple times to get a clear and straight answer.We had such high hopes and food service was very important to us. We put a lot of money and hard work into this event along with our other vendors and everything was set up for great success but unfortunately with catering, it did not go the way we were hoping for causing a big portion of our wedding event to be an embarrassing failure.We truly hope no couple or wedding planner has to ever experience this again

I couldn't be happier with my decision to use Figs & Honey catering for my wedding. Julia and Christian were simply incredible to work with - fun, courteous, professional, and talented! We had guests raving about how creative and delicious the food was, and the bartenders and staff were all so friendly and on top of things. I'm also very grateful to Julia for taking such great care of me and my husband and for preparing us plates of food to make sure we ate!! Would absolutely use their services again 10/10!

I highly recommend Figs & Honey! We used them for a smaller and more casual engagement party at our home. They tailored the menu to fit our needs exactly, delivered everything on time, set up in a beautiful display, and provided everything disposable so that cleanup was a breeze. I found Figs and Honey through a Google and Yelp search. I am thrilled I did! I host events often, and I have never worked with a company that was so responsive, reasonably priced, had such wonderful staff, and an awesome chef! Everyone was so easy to work with and so very kind and helpful! And, y'all, the food...THE FOOD WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST I'VE EVER HAD! We had flank steak, chicken, veggies, potatoes, and salad. It was phenomenal! Beat out any local restaurants. If they had an actual dine in restaurant, I think I would show up weekly. You DEFINITELY want to use this company for your catering needs!

We just completed our 3rd company quarterly event using Figs & Honey as our preferred catering company. The food is always delicious and delivered on time. Cristian and Pat (The owner) are usually the two that I speak to when placing our orders, and they are both friendly and very accommodating. The delivery drivers are always friendly and easy to talk to. JC was our delivery driver on this quarterly and he was wonderful. He made sure everything was set up and ready for our team to enjoy. They all seem to really enjoy being at our event. Working with Figs & Honey before the event was seamless. Figs & Honey catered our daughter's wedding reception with 195 guests and the food was fabulous! Many guests commented that it was the most flavorful, delightful wedding food they'd had. And Cristian was SO easy and helpful to work with!! Best decision and highly recommend!
