I hate to have give a low score but it’s the only way to someone’s attention! I chose this location to celebrate Father’s Day with my wife.
Maybe this place is a little out of my normal. VISITED AT 2pm on a Sunday!!!
1. Full frisk at the door by armed security…Totally unexpected!
2. Very loud music…not a dealbreaker but somewhat uncomfortable
3. Ordered wings as appetizer…actually very tasty! However my wife found a piece of metal (probably from Brillo pad). Didn’t bother saying anything
4. Ordered a cocktail but server failed to put it in. Received when I was almost done eating.
5. Server “inadvertently” entered wrong amount for my payment. So her manager decided to cancel the payment before letting me know. Then came to the table to explain. Now there’s a $100+ payment sitting out there waiting to be refunded and I had to authorize running a 2nd $100+ payment. Who knows when and if I’ll get my money back without having to dispute the charges. I should have said I had no other form of payment. It was their fault for screwing up.

Probably won’t be going back again! I really hate that because the wings were very good to me and my wife!

The security officer was nice and I appreciate him looking out for me... The jerk turkey burger was delicious I didn't get all the toppings though now the chicken was good but the fries I got with the chicken and my burger were not it they were mostly hard so I give it 8/10!

DON'T LET KRISTINA P BE YOUR SERVER. SHE KNOWS SHE'S GETTING HER TIP AUTOMATICALLY SO SHE'S NOT GONNA GIVE YOU THE SERVICE SOMEONE SHOULD GIVE IF THEY'RE TRYING TO EARN ONE. GOT MY FOOD MADE WRONG TWICE AND THE SECOND TIME IT WAS PARTIALLY BURNT. SHE DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE. SHE DOESN'T SMILE, AND MADE FACES CAUSE I WAS ASKING QUESTIONS ABOUT THE MENU. YOU'RE IN THE WRONG LINE OF WORK WITH THAT ATTITUDE! I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S WORSE, HER SERVICE OR ME GETTING AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED FOR A TIP SHE DID'NT DESERVE.

Kristina was everything! Made our visit a lasting memory! Excellent Service!

Brittany is the g.o.a.t.— Let's start there! I had the catfish and fries lunch special with the whiskey sour, and it did not disappoint. I can truly say that the experience... down to the music...was superb! Unfortunately, this is the first time that I've been here, after a 2-year-old pursuit. But, it was definitely worth it.

WOW WOW WOW my wife and I first time in ATL and on our final day here we googled restaurants and this wonderful awesome experience from the front door to back door…we enjoyed the music and all the screens showing the actual videos, the staff is great…we will most definitely be back!! The food was amazing and the whole vibe was of the chain!! #BETDAT!!

Environment was beautiful 😍 I really enjoyed everything those Jerk eggs rolls off the chain!!!!

I’ve been here about 4 times in the past couple of months. I like to go on Mondays when Jen is working at the bar. Awesome service & great food & drinks. The chicken thigh nuggets & fries- amazing & the happy hour prices are perfect. The eggrolls are so delicious as well as the sauce on the side and my favorite is the chicken & waffles. Love this place & the crowd. The great music & video playing on the big screen is a great touch too.
