Omg I was getting my hair done next door and I heard somebody say they was about to order some gumbo. So I decided to order some and when I tell you I didn’t have enough.i could have drove all the way back but I love to far to do that. But she has the real definition of New Orleans gumbo. I’m sad they not open on Sundays. I’ll definitely be back on Tuesday and ima order three this time. Thank you so much,I really enjoyed my gumbo. Wish I could of brought my own bowl to just savor it for whenever I want some

The sign says “By Finna Eat” . Which is why I posted my review here. Ijust ordered food from this place at politic row in dunwoody and the prices are ridiculous. Not only are the prices ridiculous but they gave very small food portions. A shrimp and fish plate was $28. He comes with fries and two pieces of bread. Very small portions I am totally regretting spending my money here.
The egg roll was $10 and very very small .

If I could give this place ZERO stars for customer service I would. I visited the establishment on a Saturday at 7:59pm per the recording on there phone and apple they close at 10pm on Saturdays. My husband showed the young man at the window and as I was calling to let him hear the recording he slide the window closed in my face and said we’ll change it. There were two ladies in the back also being mouthy. Completely unprofessional will never return and if you are looking for great customer service I would stay far away from here!!!

Food took like 45 min long which is fine. The pasta had a good consistency but it needs more flavor. The lady in the front was really nice and helpful. I will go back n try other things

new orleans native here. i enjoyed the mardi gras pasta! it tasted just like mine when it comes to spice/season level. and cajun pasta is my favorite food so i’m picky, i didn’t like the andouille brand tho. pasta was still good! hot sausage poboy was fine, it’s hard to mess up a hot sausage either way. only reason i’m eating 4 stars is the fried rice. wasn’t really a fan, especially with how Manchu, Lees Seafood/Grill in Kenner, and numerous other places at home fried rice be. You don’t be needing any soy sauce or nothing. Just pure flavor. But other than the rice everything else was probably the most solid i could get to new orleans food in atl (without me cooking).

I like everything but the gumbo. I wanted the try the gumbo last because I didn’t want to judge the place from the gumbo alone. I’ve ordered a few times to try almost everything on the menu in the last couple of weeks. I’m from NOLA so I’ll say it’s too watery and too boney. The turkey neck bones are a nuisance. The crab shells in it are too. It’s like eating eggshells. The thinness of the gumbo makes the frozen shrimp taste off in it too. This one is def not my favorite. I literally love everything else they have but to me the gumbo isn’t worth it … damn sure not worth $18. I would’ve been made if I got the larger one. Everything else hits though. This was just mediocre. But still will go back and eat everything else. The gator bites are amazing too but not enough for $18 they’re super small. But they’re good. Love the etouffee, poboys and praline cheesecake as well.

Went to this restaurant and ordered the Alfredo pasta with blackened chicken with broccoli and mushrooms. The pasta was great and just the right amount of alfredo sauce and seasoning. It is a take out joint and it's electronic payment only (card), no cash. The man that took my order was polite and answered any questions I had. Good experience and good food. I also had a smash burger from them that was good too. I definitely plan on returning, local place just outside my neighborhood right in the same plaza as the barbershop I go to. 5 stars!

Great good reasonably priced!! My fav was actually the greens and cornbread! Tasted like I made em myself. I had the Gumbo with rice on the side and jambalaya. All well seasoned and very on point. Only complaint was there was no potato salad for my gumbo!!! I’ll be a regular customer. Oh…there is no seating. It’s a pick up only place and it was too hot to wait in there so I just waited in my car and they text you when the food is ready! Took less than 10 mins. Go check em out!!! You won’t be disappointed and my food was all still very hot when I got home! Add them to your favs list!!!!!

Had the gumbo. Had a lot of fixins but Very Very Watery! 17$ not including the tip for soup? We're from New Orleans and I am not satisfied. My niece said the lady was very nice at the counter but this is literally water soup. Maybe she caught them on the wrong day.....

If finna eat is cooking, we finna eat! Everything we've ever eaten is always delicious. I can't imagine someone saying anything is inedible, let alone the Mac. The smash burgers are amazing. The fried rice. The gumbo. The Mac. The praline cheesecake. Everything! The owners are wonderful and the service is awesome. I'm eating my burger right now and can't wait to dig into this cheesecake! Keep up the great work! We'll be back.....again.
