Omg I was getting my hair done next door and I heard somebody say they was about to order some gumbo. So I decided to order some and when I tell you I didn’t have enough.i could have drove all the way back but I love to far to do that. But she has the real definition of New Orleans gumbo. Food took like 45 min long which is fine. The pasta had a good consistency but it needs more flavor. The lady in the front was really nice and helpful. I will go back n try other things

new orleans native here. i enjoyed the mardi gras pasta! it tasted just like mine when it comes to spice/season level. and cajun pasta is my favorite food so i’m picky, i didn’t like the andouille brand tho. pasta was still good! hot sausage poboy was fine, it’s hard to mess up a hot sausage either way. only reason i’m eating 4 stars is the fried rice. wasn’t really a fan, especially with how Manchu, Lees Seafood/Grill in Kenner, and numerous other places at home fried...
