This place has slow service! They should’ve told me when I walked in that everyone was new and can’t read. 25 minutes to make a sandwich is ridiculous smh!

This is the worst Firehouse location in Atlanta. Several online orders have been incorrect. Ordered today for 12:05 pickup. Wasn’t ready until 12:25 then when I got home the order is 100% incorrect. Not just the toppings, the entire sandwich. Conveniently they don’t answer when you call. Will not be coming back ever again. This was supposed to be a club sub no mayo. I’ve got $20 worth of sandwiches going in the trash can.

All the staff were very kind and helpful. Since I had a big order they helped me with drinks, condiments and even getting it to my car. i just have to say that they did miss the pickles in the orders lol but overall great

Absolute joke of a restaurant. Order was completely wrong and inaccurate. Filed support ticket with corporate and was told local manager would reach out to resolve issue, and nothing has been done to fix anything. Would not recommend this restaurant.

John was exceptionally pleasant!!! Great customer service!!! This was my 1st time ever trying firehouse sub and John made me want to come back!!!

I love firehouse subs. This location is the worst I’ve ever been to. Waited over half an hour for our to go order and there were 4 people working….
They spent their time chatting with each other and often not doing anything and when they were doing something they moved unbelievably slow. I watched one customer leave without even getting her sub because it was taking so long.

The food is always good here.

To go order was not placed in usual pickup location. Waited 15 min, then realized others who placed their order after I arrived were receiving their orders. Had to ask someone behind the counter for my order which had been sitting there for quite awhile (food was cold at this point). Chips and drink were not with the order and was told I needed to go talk to the employee behind the register for my cup which I then had to stand in line for. Will not be ordering from here again
