I have had Hummus all over he planet and I can’t believe that the best is at Firewall in Atlanta. I dream about this good. Oh, and the pitas are fresh baked and not really like normal hard cardboard ones - these are fluffy and tasty. But don’t get me started on the cookies!! They had two kind that they made in house. The sesame one had tahini in it reminding me a little but of halvah but yummy and super crumbly in your mouth. The chocolates ones did not make it home :)Go. Try it.

Awesome spot for extremely flavor Mediterranean and pizza — we got the falafel sandwich and a pizza and both were incredible. Right amount of spiciness too, although you could ask for no heat if that’s not your thing

The hummus rivals any that I have had in Tel Aviv. In fact, it may be better. Combined with the crispy fresh pita and pickled vegetables, it’s a joy. The Southern Italian is sandwich perfection. The sweet pork with the collards, peppers, and sharp provolone makes for a masterful combination. And that sesame bread. Just go. Trust me.

Don’t miss on this delicious gem. The hummus is top shelf. Smooth, silky, and perfectly spiced. And the pita is homemade in the wood fired oven with a tender crust that’s like no other. It’s the same bread used on the sandwiches. Dining here is a culinary gift you give to yourself.

Ordered a couple sandwiches today. One of the loaves got messed up while baking but they let us know and we had some hummus while we waited. All the food was great and so was the customer service. We will be coming back.

The customer service was great and the food came out fast.I tried a sandwich, two pizzas, and a hummus bowl.My favorite of everything was the hummus bowl.Definitely recommend. I did not even come to get the hummus bowl but after being provided a sample, I could not resist. It was delicious. The hummus alone is really flavorful. However, it was worth it to get the bowl for the bread and veggies. The fresh bread smelled amazing and was seasoned. The pickled vegetables really set the hummus apart. The flavors are spectacular. I added garlic confit which isn’t do much. Next time I’ll try the chicken on it.I tried the short rib pizza and the spinach pizza. Both were different and unique. I liked the flavors of the short rib pizza. It is greasy but not too bad. The spinach pizza is a dry pizza. I like trying different/new things. I only took a bite of that pizza so I will have to edit my review once I’ve had a chance to fully try the pizza.The sandwich I had was the one with pork and greens- the Southern Italian. It did not have a lot of greens but it was full of meat. Seasoned! It was flavorful! The top part of the bread was a little hard to chew for me. It was worth trying.I would definitely go back to try other items from them.Parking: Street parking available. I am not sure if there was a parking lot available for the store.
