First Watch

Food was great! Service was impeccable. Everyone from the front of house throughout, just totally shined. Loved my experience and will definitely be back.

I usually LOVE first watch but this location is not great. I have been here 3 times and all three times there is always something wrong. First time I got take out. I got the chia pudding with toast. Instead of toast they gave me sausage. No biggie, called got a refund. Second time I ordered the hash with avocado and chorizo. They made it without avocado and chorizo. I did not bother to get a refund or call. Third time I dined in with my husband there was a hair in my food…got a new plate. Paid and realized they charged me twice for the same meal that had a hair. No biggie. Went and they refunded me for the double charge. It gets a one star due to the kitchen staff and their constant mess ups. I understand one time, but three? Maybe double check before sending out the food. I will say the front of house are very kind people and made the experience the kitchen staff provided a lot better. Had the front of house been rude, that’s another story. But yes very kind people just wish the back of house would pull it together.

1st Watch is hands down the best. I gave four the turkey sausage was slightly cold overall okay. I will be back.

The server was polite and welcoming. She made sure we were enjoying our meal. The Carmel made my coffee and the blueberries made my breakfast. I enjoyed my visit here.

I really appreciate our server giving us some recos because I order the same thing over and over when i go to FW. I am so glad i tried something new. My friend and I enjoyed our brunch and had a great time catching up as well. Service was amazing although traffic is crazy getting there. Would def go back

Greeted warmly by a young man who opened the door. Waitress was nice, but didn’t ask did we need anything once our food came.

Cooks are consistently lazy. Cooks missed notes on my daughter’s sandwich and the waitress acted shocked as if she didn’t take note. I asked for my seasoned potatoes to be crispy. They were greasy and not seasoned as good as usual and some parts raw. When my daughter’s sandwich came back out it was barely toasted, crust hanging off, bottom bread buttered - not toasted. Greens on the side no dressing - nothing just greens. I couldn’t finish my eggs and potatoes. It wasn’t worth it.

I ordered take out a few days before. Everything was seasoned perfectly, but my over easy eggs had a hard yolk and my potatoes were raw. I thought it would be better if we go in since the taste was so good.

Young man was warm on the way out. Nice touch.

Food sucked, what we got anyways. Ordered to go, waiting 30 min past pick up time.. order ended up being incorrect anyways. Missing half the stuff we asked for. Didn’t think I needed to check that hard since yall insist on taping the bags up. For $40 I should have went to ihop. Gross

IVORY was amazing. The food was tasty and this location remains one of our family go-to’s for Breakfast/ Brunch. From being greeted at the door up until we leave, everyone is courteous and personable. I highly recommend this First Watch 🙌🏽

Food came out hot and quick. The redhead manager, I think her name was Amelia, was really sweet, walked around and personally checked up on us. Will def be back!
