Unfortunately, after waiting awhile to place an order (and I ultimately placed my order online), my order was brought out without a drink carrier. I asked the gentleman if there was a carrier because I could not carry everything, and he said no.

Of course, the drinks (one was very hot) spilled all over my nice clothes. I walked back inside to see if they would replace the drinks, only to find out that there was in fact a drink carrier for two drinks.

Additionally, I had to wait another 8 or so minutes just to ask my question, and the same gentleman saw me and walked by me multiple times to help other customers. Other servers walked by to help those entering, and did not even glance my way. How embarrassing.

For the price I paid and the time I spent waiting for my food (twice), I am so disheartened with the service. If my order was packed right the first time and if I weren’t lied to, all of this could have been avoided (stained and wet clothes on a cold day). I cannot justify spending over $30 for breakfast when the service is this way.

This was the best First Watch experience we’d ever experienced. Khalil was our waiter, and he was the best. The food was fantastic too! I’d recommend going to this First Watch if you’re in the area. 5 stars!

Uber order took over 15 minutes to be ready and the other Uber driver who was here before me had to ask to have her order checked on. I understand it was busy but we were only acknowledged when we walked in and then had to advocate for ourselves
