The food is always great but the customer service is always a hit or miss! The last few times have definitely been a miss. As a former restaurant manager, I know how hard it is to find good help at those fast food wages but you have to stay on your employees. Not sure if secret shoppers are still a thing but it should be and reward the employees when they do well. That usually helps to keep morale up.

Their system went down, and the guy in the back was extremely unprofessional—speaking to his fellow associate at the register in front of customers without any regard for how we heard him. He clearly didn’t care that me and other customers were listening.

Big fat juicy delicious burgers with all the toppings I know of. The fries are great IF you like peanut oil fries (and I do). They also have all you care to eat roasted peanuts in the shell. Coke Machines are the full-selection type with Fanta, etc.

Seriously what the hell is going on with this restaurant. The large fries is $7.89, in a medium cup. The staff didn't seem to care if you are unsatisfied or not. This was my first time at five guys and it will be my last. I told my daughter to lets try. We tried and you failed. Save your money, I asked for a refund of my fries I pay for service, if I got good service then the price may have been justified. The buger looked decrepit. At least try and save your sale mr. Manager, it's like the manager knew the food would be bad, his attitude and face said it all. Biggest waste of my money. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
