Ordered a cookie & crème but it was plain vanilla and melting on a cold day.
Burgers were soggy & fries cold.

I dined here recently and had a great experience. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries, and everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive, contrary to some of the other reviews. It’s awesome having a Five Guys within walking distance of my home. I’ll definitely be a regular.

I called in and initially spoke with (Greg) who stated he was the manager. I explained the issue with my order, but instead of handling it, he placed me on hold and transferred me to a woman named “Adobe,” who also claimed she was a manager.
When she got on the line, her greeting was unprofessional as she immediately asked, “What’s the issue?” in a rude tone. I asked why the first representative didn’t do a warm transfer to avoid me repeating myself, but she responded dismissively and raised her voice with every reply.
This type of customer service is very disappointing. Unfortunately, it’s not the first time I’ve experienced poor treatment when contacting this location. As a paying customer, I expect professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy, which I did not receive during this interaction.

There have been two separate occasions where Greg, the store manager, attempted to bribe me not to contact corporate after displaying extremely poor customer service, blatant disrespect, and a complete lack of professionalism. That alone speaks volumes about his character and fitness to represent the Five Guys brand.
My motto has always been, “If you don’t like your job, find a new one.” There are plenty of individuals who would be more than qualified to handle his position with integrity, respect, and professionalism — three qualities Greg consistently fails to show.
I own a commercial building in the same neighborhood as this location, and multiple tenants of mine have complained about experiencing the same type of unprofessional behavior from Greg. That alone shows this isn’t an isolated incident — it’s a pattern.
I’ve been a loyal Five Guys customer since 2011 and even have relatives who work for the company. The only reason I haven’t taken this issue public is out of respect for Five Guys as a brand. However, the full details — including video evidence — will be sent directly to corporate leadership and the CEO for review.
As a licensed clinical therapist, communication and respect are non-negotiable. I take both very seriously, and it’s unacceptable that a manager representing such a reputable brand behaves this way toward paying customers. I strongly recommend this matter be investigated immediately and appropriate disciplinary action be taken. No customer should ever be bribed into silence or disrespected for expecting basic courtesy.

The parking situation is horrible.
wife & I were going to try them again (it’s been over 1 year) because of the bad attitude & bad service we never went back, but after reading the latest review posted just a few hours ago, we decided that the same issues were still front & center

What are the worst experiences. Pay for regular fry and they might as well have given me a small. Nothing but attitude and problems throughout the entire experience. Continuously issues at this location. Not to mention, they got rid of the containers with the ketchup. So now you have little tiny packets. Honestly it's ridiculous and the people who are running it are clowns.

The food was amazing the fries are great the staff showed great hospitality & the manager on shift was very helpful & polite. This restaurant is very clean oh i forgot the milkshakes is my favorite you have to grab a milkshake. I don’t usually use public restrooms but they bathroom is immaculate 🤩

We came in five minutes before closing and they were beyond kind made the best five guys burger we have had excellent customer service. Excellent food very kind very clean.

Firstly I appreciate the staff saying hello when we entered the establishment. The young lady named Sanaa C, who took my husbands and I order was so rude. I usually leave reviews when the service is top notch or just embarrassingly bad. She rolled her eyes, she jerked her neck when asking “one or both” when offering us a combo meal. My husband said thank you when handing us our receipt and she said nothing. Then I observed her interaction with other customers. A gentleman was picking his order up and asked for a condiment container and he held his hand out and she dropped them in his hand so high away from his he juggled to catch them. I understand people may have bad days at work, but you also don’t know if a customer is having a bad day. Basic customer service is all that’s needed. Simple. I hope her manager sees this, not to get her into trouble but to simply remind her of the impact her poor service has.

This Five Guys location is fantastic! My friends and I go here to celebrate after finals, and they’ve always taken great care of us. They were able to handle all 32 of our orders smoothly—thank you again for the great service!
