Walked in today for lunch. One young man was running the entire store. Jaylen was cooking and in-between taking orders and packing them to go. It is rare to see a young person with a good attitude and still displaying great customer service even under the pressure of the circumstances. You don't see this much anymore.
To the owner/manager, Jaylen deserves acknowledgment a bonus or something for his great attitude and customer service. Great job, young man. I see you!

The SLOWEST place ever they literally move like turtles no sense of urgency whatsoever. Everytime I come here it’s always empty and a very long wait for the simplest thing

Tried to meet my family here for dinner after work. The parking situation is awful. Other businesses in the Interlock validate, but Five Guys does not. First 30 minutes is free, making dine-in impossible. Got our food with 6 minutes left, parking patrol circling. The only option was to pay $7 to park or take our food to go.

Came to Five Guys at the Interlock. The new store was very clean and the food was fresh and good. My only issue is that we had to pay $8.45 to park at the Interlock. We only had to option to pay for a 2 hour window. Very frustrating that parking is so expensive.

I forgot to post this review months ago but the hot dogs are amazing 🤩 I come here very on and off but when I did go I remember the guys that serve me were amazing. If you’re looking for good hot dogs and burgers come to this location at the interlock by theory. The food is always fresh and the service is always great.

I’m so excited that 5guys is back on Northside Dr. I’m offered attention and great service at every visit. The fries are always slightly firm on the outside, smooth as a baked potato on the inside, and plenty. My burger is always fresh and the wait isn’t too long. Although I’d turn the music down a tad bit the atmosphere is pretty chill and I love it!
Long wait time, hamburger has nothing on it, only decent thing was the amount of fried. go to cookout nearby. You pay half what you would pay here.

Food cold by the time it got to us cause it took 40 minutes for them to fill a large fry. Watched cook 2 rounds of fries while waiting on ours. Literally did orders that came, ordered, and were filled before they got to ours. And ours was take out! Ridiculous. 0 stars

My son wanted Five Guys for his “pre birthday” meal. So I indulged in the $15 burger joint. Lol they never disappoint. Food is prepared when you order so it’s always hot and fresh. Their milkshakes are good too. They are a little pricey for a take out restaurant. But it’s worth an occasional trip for a good burger.
