The cheese wasn't even melted on the burger, I'm pretty sure the only melt it got was from the fries buried on top because I watched then put a cold slice on top of the patty right before they wrapped the burger

I’d prefer to use his name but he was a little angry to begin with and didn’t want to cause a scene. That being said the gentleman with the peanut man tattoo on his neck was rude and cared more about flirting with the mall staff than actually doing his job. Forcefully asking women for their names six or more times in an attempt to flirt and get a date just made a very uncomfortable situation for multiple people. Not to mention you have a line of people watching and waiting for their orders.

The people were nice but the food wasnt up to normal 5 guy standard. I think it was more like 4 guys but only 3 guys made the burger. the other dude was on a break.

The food takes FOREVER and the workers will tell you it's being actively worked on. Then you wait another 20 minutes and they'll say it's being worked on. I shouldn't wait over an hour for the food.
