The energy and hospitality of this team is next level!(Wednesday 10AM). Even the guy who was picking up trash was extremely professional and clearly cares about his job. The food was amazing too.

This morning the entire crew made my day. Singing, smiling and welcoming everyone walking by to ATL. Talk about an uplifting environment. Keep it up! The breakfast sandwich is awesome!

Came through clutch with late food on a delayed flight night. Bailed me out when subway in concourse C sucked and closed early. Good vibes and getting the job done over here by contrast.

I visited the Five Guys at the Atlanta airport on Sunday, September 21 and had a very disappointing experience. When I approached the counter, the cashier, Kiarah, greeted me with a noticeably bad attitude. I ordered a little bacon burger, only to be told they were out of burgers and only had hot dogs available. I went ahead and ordered a hot dog with ketchup, mustard, pickles, barbecue sauce, and hot sauce.
When I checked my receipt, I noticed that tomatoes were listed even though I never asked for them. While the gentleman on the assembly line was making my food, I politely asked him not to add tomatoes and to make sure mustard was included instead. At that point, Kiarah loudly yelled across the restaurant, insisting that I did ask for tomatoes. I explained that I did not, but she continued arguing back and forth, completely unprofessional and unnecessary since I wasn’t even addressing her.
As I waited for my order, she continued talking with other employees in the back, saying things like she didn’t “have time for this.” After I picked up my food and walked away, I could hear her and other staff members laughing and discussing the situation among themselves.
All I wanted was a simple correction to my order, yet the cashier made the interaction stressful, rude, and unprofessional. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a busy airport where travelers just want a quick and respectful service experience.

This has to be the best location of five guys! They are always accurate & fast with great tasting food! I love when my flight is out of C gates because I normally grab food from here. Definitely recommend them or Chick-fil-A at C gates!

Nothing I like better after a long tiresome flight than being looked at like I'm a complete imbecile for not quitte understanding the menu while ordering in my 2nd language in a restaurant I've never been too
Food and everything else was good but you're think airport restaurant staff would be trained to be a bit more patient towards tourists
