Im not sure maybe it’s part of there training to pick up put you on hold for 15 mins then hang out on you. At least tell the person on the phone to come in or place an order online . Horrible customer service the have done it to me 3 times . I called back the 3 rd time just to see if they would do it again

We accidentally ordered from this location instead of the location in Athens, Ga. Employee Khalen was extremely rude and aggressive with my husband and I and told us basically he could not help us and offered no solution until I called back. Khalen then proceeded to tell me his District Manger has to do it and he has no idea if or when it will be refunded. The conversation left me anxious & upset. I will never come to this location ever. I will be contacting corporate Monday & if our money is not refunded we will know it was retaliatory.
I have to say, I really like 5 guys food but this store amazed me. I could not believe the prices. 5 guys is not the cheapest burger buts it's really good but this store was alot more expensive than I have seen at any of the 5 guys I have visited. The food was still pretty good but A bacon cheeseburger, fries and a water was $24.00. I could not believe it. I definitely will not be going back and I will spread the word.
We went here after work for a burger. We were the last customers. Food was prepared super fast. It did not look very good, but I ate it. I woke up later around 5am with a very bad headache and stomach ache. I will never return to ANY five guys ANYWHERE. Thanks, but NO thanks!

I ordered two milkshakes, and while they took a bit longer to make than I expected, they turned out great. Tasty and satisfying—just required a little patience.
Overall, a solid stop if you’re in the mood for a shake.
