-1 due to nasty black mold covering the lip of the ice dispenser. It got all over another customers cup who came up to the register and asked for a new one. Must happen all the time, as there was zero reaction from the staff. GROSS

Even for 5 guys this is horrible.

Opening employee was rude. Was only trying to ask when they opened and was treated like I offended her. At least the Concourse has Chick-fil-A.

You never know where to find a good restaurant at the airport. When at Atlanta try the 5 Guys where they have good burgers.

15 minutes later, I’m still waiting. Do not come here if you have less than 20 minutes to board. Unbelievable

Ordering is a challenge with this staff as they were easily distracted talking to each other. The corridor waiting area is grimy so watch what you touch. Food was hot and fresh, which is he positive...

Very friendly staff excellent food little pricy but it’s on Airport so it’s ok over staffed looks like workers are more then enough.

Very good! Fast and friendly service. Got my food really quickly. It was fresh and tasted great. Airport location here is great. I would recommend it.
The worst five guys I have ever been. I ordered a medium fries and this is what I got. Are you kidding me

I hardly ever eat at fast food restaurants. However, I was really really hungry and did not have much time between flights so I decided to stop at the Five Guys located in Terminal C of ATL. I ordered one of the egg sandwiches and was pleasantly surprised to see them use real eggs. I also watched the team dynamics and how busy they were, since there were probably about 20 people standing around waiting in their orders. However, customers did not wait long. My order was ready in about 5 mins .My sandwich was delicious!!! The eggs were cooked perfectly and the bun was just crispy enough around the edges. The Five Guys team at this location were on it ! Thanks for making my tummy feel lots better.

If you love five guys in the real world, dont have the same expectations here. I eat here about 4 times a year and I literally have never gotten exactly what I ordered. Today...cheeseburger with no cheese

Airport over priced. Disorganized staff. Frustrated travelers everywhere.

Despite being in the airport, this location is probably the best FG I've been to. Super fast service. Burger loaded with toppings exactly as ordered. Fries were fresh. Music was a touch loud, but it's the airport so it's loud in general. Will revisit next time I fly through ATL.
