First time coming to this pic. On Fly High Thursday, my family and I took advantage of The Flying Biscuit Café’s $5 High Flyer Breakfast deal, and it did not disappoint! Here’s what we thought of each dish.

The Eggs: I had my eggs over hard, and they were cooked perfectly without being dry. My husband went with eggs over easy, and the yolks were delightfully runny, exactly how he likes them. Our son had scrambled eggs, which were fluffy.

Sausage or Bacon: My husband and I both opted for the chicken sausage patties, which were juicy with a nice, savory flavor. My son chose bacon, and it was crispy and perfectly cooked, adding a nice crunch to his plate.

Grits: The creamy dreamy grits were the star of the plate for all of us. Smooth, rich, and buttery, they lived up to the "dreamy" name, complementing the rest of the meal beautifully.

Biscuit: The biscuits were light, fluffy, and warm, with a golden crust that practically crumbled when spread with butter. Whether with jam or plain, they were a delicious addition to the breakfast.

Waffle or Pancake: My husband had the Belgian waffle, which was crisp on the outside and soft inside—just sweet enough without being too much. My son and I both chose the buttermilk pancakes, which were thick, fluffy, and soaked up syrup wonderfully.

This was my second FB that I've eaten. The Food was almost cold. The 1st FB I went to eat was perfectly hot. The food was semi warm sausage and eggs at the 2nd FBC.
