This is our third Sunday morning breakfast here. We love the patio with the flowers, the food and service are consistently good.

First timing dining and food was great! Grits were hot and creamy and bacon fried to perfection.

Good food although they no longer serve the biscuits for free anymore

Good food, not much you can do about the atmosphere, though. Every time I go to this area everyone is either on a date or taking their kids outside. The place is always packed.

I love Flying Biscuit Toco Hills for so many reasons. The staff at 7am are the best. They aim to get me in and out and satisfied every time I pass through. This is one of the few places open, that I can stop and get breakfast on my way to work.

We both got the chicken caesar wrap. Very busy when we ate here on Memorial Day, but we were able to eat at the bar pretty quickly.

The wrap was good and so were the truffle parm fries. The attached picture will give a better idea of what these are like than words overall - the wrap could've used more dressing though.

came in one morning and was sat at a table that needed to be wiped down. was told by the hostess to grab a napkin and clean it off myself… well damn. the table should’ve been cleaned before you sat someone. restaurant industry myself, it wasn’t even packed at all smh.

Kitchen and waitstaff seem to be in disarray. We kept having to ask for things that should have been on the table. We waited a VERY long time for our meal. But the thing that will ensure we will never be going back to this or any Flying Biscuit? The corporate office has changed and streamlined the menu. They have added a bunch of ridiculous cocktails. But that’s not it either. It’s this: They have removed the best item on the menu. The oatmeal pancakes— the incredibly delicious and universally loved oatmeal pancakes— are no more. I have been a patron of Flying Biscuit since the first one opened in 1993. And it’s not an exaggeration to say that I’ve ordered the oatmeal pancakes every single time. That’s how good they are. Were.

I love The Flying Biscuit! Of course the grits are top tier. I usually get the Best I Ever Had which is one of the French toast meals. The mimosas are great as well. Unfortunately when I went this time I could not order my favorite grilled Mac & cheese because apparently they discontinued it but hopefully other locations still have it. Overall great experience, will be returning as usual.
