I love Flying Biscuit Toco Hills for so many reasons. The staff at 7am are the best. They aim to get me in and out and satisfied every time I pass through. This is one of the few places open, that I can stop and get breakfast on my way to work.

We both got the chicken caesar wrap. Very busy when we ate here on Memorial Day, but we were able to eat at the bar pretty quickly.

The wrap was good and so were the truffle parm fries. The attached picture will give a better idea of what these are like than words overall - the wrap could've used more dressing though.

I love The Flying Biscuit! Of course the grits are top tier. I usually get the Best I Ever Had which is one of the French toast meals. The mimosas are great as well. Unfortunately when I went this time I could not order my favorite grilled Mac & cheese because apparently they discontinued it but hopefully other locations still have it. Overall great experience, will be returning as usual.
