Great fresh sushi located at the Chattahoochee Food Works. I come here daily. I love this place.

I ordered shrimp tempura and a spicy salmon roll. To make the salmon roll spicy all they did was douse it in spicy mayo. It was covered in it. The shrimp tempura looked amazing on the menu but it came out with a different batter used to fry it with (picture looked like it probably should've been fried with panko) and the shrimp with super thin. I paid $30 for that plus a water, tax and tip. So expensive. I'm giving two stars for the sushi guy being nice enough to offer to take it back to remake the shrimp but I knew it wasn't going to be better. Not a good look. 1/10 do not recommend.

E X P E R I E N C E we came at 1pm on a friday afternoon. we walked up to the stand and were immediately greeted by the server. he took our order and started making the food. food came out quickly, within 10 mins. there was no one else at the stand. the food works area in general was pretty empty F O O D fresh salmon poke bowl: fresh salmon on top of rice, salad, tomatoes, carrots, wdamame, avocado, poke sauce and sesame seed: lightly seasoned and sauced. not too salty. fish and ingredients are fresh. decent amount for a light snack. I would say I'd probably have to eat two of these to be full. came with miso soup which was so nice. I'd definitely get this again P R I C E 15+ 3 TIP a little pricey for the amount of food

Great food and great staff! The sushi at this restaurant was exceptional. The quality of the fish was outstanding, with each piece incredibly fresh and expertly cut. The rice was perfectly cooked, maintaining a delicate texture that complemented the fish beautifully. The sushi rolls were creatively crafted, with a balance of flavors and textures that delighted the palate. The presentation was visually stunning, with vibrant colors and meticulous arrangements. The accompanying soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger were of high quality, enhancing the overall sushi experience.

The food & customer service was excellent. Thanks to the lady who worked the counter, my baby dropped her wings & I was able to get them replaced with no problem. Thank you all so much again for being so

I ordered the poke bowl. first thing the food is over priced for the size they give you, i paid $16 dollars for the bowl and a drink and the rice just barely coated the bottom. the portions were off as well gave me a buttload of carrots but not a lot of anything else included rice. the service was nice but i definitely wouldn't recommend especially since there are so many better places in the food court

Eat elsewhere, thank me later. I had a sushi roll and a miso soup and both were terrible. My partner had a beef&brocoli plate and it was also terrible. The rice was hard and the beef and broccoli were tasteless. Publix sushi is way better than this.

Don't waste your money. I ordered to go, and not only did they neglect to include two entire rolls, but the rolls I did receive were far below the quality I've experienced in previous trips to Flying Fish. The shrimp tempura clearly came right out of a refrigerator. Tempura was cold, avocado was meager and browned in many places. I can get far better sushi at my local Smyrna spot for less than half the price. Excessively expensive for what you get.
