We had a great experience! The grandma bbq toss noodle was to die for, but the service was even more incredible!! Steve was so friendly and enthusiastic, and made us feel welcome! He and the food together made for a great dinning experience, I will be going here again!! 10 out of 10!!

The food here is amazing and will have you craving it weeks after you've left. My favorite dish is the garlic bone marrow ramen and taro milk bubble tea. We also had the garlic fried rice, calamari, honey shrimp noodles, and lychee green tea- all were so good!! One of my favorite places in Atlanta and the food definitely lives up to the Michelin recommendation. Shout out to our server Jacky who was super welcoming and attentive. I plan to bring my parents back here every time they're in town, we couldn't stop raving about it!!

David completed this restaurant for me. I’ve been a regular at Food terminal but I’ve never really felt the same service I felt with David. He was phenomenal in every single way. His service, his attention to detail, and his charisma were out of this world. My experience would not have been the same had I had a different server. Please to anyone who comes here as a regular or just trying it out, PLEASE ask for David as he gave me the best service ANYONE has given me in my 46 years of living.

I grew up in South East Asia. While this is not authentic cuisine, it's a good enough option. I do enjoy the food at Food Terminal. Friendly service. I would recommend this place to anyone, just not if they are looking for a 100% authentic experience in Malaysian cuisine. But I haven't found any other restaurant in Atlanta that is as good as Food Terminal in that regard. One of my favorite places. Plus their chili oil has actual chili - it's not just oil like a lot of other places.

The lychee spritz is delicious. Updated as requested: my server was kind and attentive. I wanted something quick and simple so I went with the mango chicken - fried chicken nuggets tossed in hot sauce topped with underripe mango. That took 30 mins to reach the table leaving me no time to try more than a bite before rushing out though it was fresh out of the frier. Later found the chicken was well over done, ultimately in edible. Idk maybe it was a bad day for the frier 🤷

Food was delicious, but the service was disappointing. We still chose to tip despite the poor experience. The quickest we saw our server move was when we were leaving and he came out to pick up the bill. When he saw the tip, he shook his head in disbelief—though he hadn’t earned it.
We had to ask another staff member just to get our waters refilled. Our food and drinks didn’t arrive together. We had to go inside to ask for boxes, and again five minutes later to ask for the check.

Mid to nah. That’s the best way to describe it. We tried about 7 different things and there wasn’t a single standout. The things that were spicy were so spicy they were hard to eat and the rest was just bland. I was excited for the honey butter shrimp, but was quickly disappointed when it was just shrimp loosely coated in what seemed like totally flavorless, unseasoned tempura. We took a few bites from everything and cashed out, so a bit of wasted money but that happens sometimes when reviewing restaurants. I think the biggest surprise here is that it’s Michelin recommended. Not Michelin rated, but recommended. I just find that hard to believe. I think the best thing we had were the Szechuan wontons, as long as you wipe off the copious amount of red pepper flakes they are somewhat edible. I would give them a 2.5. Overall, this place is a 2. Definitely a skip if you’re in town.

I’ve ordered from here 19 times (door dash shows me) and I call every time I order to ask for no cilantro, as I’m allergic. A few weeks ago I was told I did not need to keep calling and that it would be saved in the system for me for the future. Today I just received my meal that I cannot eat, because cilantro is on it. They did not offer to help pay for this or in any way make this better, other than to tell me to actually keep calling each time I order, which I am fine to do but they had already told me to stop doing so. Make it make sense. I’m done ordering here. Thanks for nothing!

My second time visiting the restaurant, I visited the Buford Hwy location before like 5 years ago or more. The Appetizers are really good heck most of the food is good, We had the brussel sprouts, chicken dumplings, Satay chicken and the (spicy good) Szechuan soup dish with beef. The soup had a lot of flavor, really however the beef didn't have any flavor I found that strange. Also they have this amazing desert that has grapefruit and a yogurt like sherbet that is very refreshing. We will be back.
