The food was phenomenal but the service was very slow considering there where only 5 people. I had the shrimp and grits for dinner and the omelette for breakfast. The drink I had was also great but the bar tender was distracted with friends. The food took 40+min

Amazing custom menu options included in the breakfast buffet. I ordered French toast with powdered sugar, fruit salad and vegan sausage all off menu. It was delicious ?. The buffet looks lacking at first until you realize it has an almost limitless selection of items.

Vegetarian options: The vegan sausage was delicious!

Very accommodating! I have a lot of dietary restrictions and they were able to prepare me a vegetarian gluten-free, and dairy free breakfast. I'm very satisfied with my visit.

Staff is really nice and this place throws great lgbtq+ parties. It's right down the street from Piermont park and they have great wings!

Staff was friendly enough; food took almost an hour for wing appetizer and they never cooked my entree. About 8 people total in the entire restaurant. Not sure what happened

As my wife and I have reached the Hyatt Globalist Tier, one of our perks is free breakfast at all Hyatt locations, so while our breakfast was free, it would have run just under $36 (plus tip) under normal circumstances. On different days, we were helped by either Meggie or Viktoria, both of whom worked hard to provide really good service. Meggie even remembered parts of our orders from previous days. For the day I'm reviewing, I had the 'Easy Morning' breakfast, while my wife had the 'Healthy Treat'. My breakfast consisted of a few small roma tomatoes, which I actually enjoyed more than I thought, two scrambled egg whites, already a little cold when they arrived at the table, and a large side of breakfast potatoes, which were very good, and were served very hot. My wife's breakfast was oatmeal, served with some raisins, blackberries, and brown sugar. The oatmeal was a little on the watery side and could have been hotter. Interestingly enough, the size of the portion changed from day to day. On one day, it was reasonably sized, but on other days, it was very large. For free (other than the tip), the breakfast was perfectly adequate. If we had to pay, I think we would have gone elsewhere, as there are plenty of restaurants in the area.

Horrible Staff: I did not appreciate the fact it took my waitress 4 tries to get my drink order right: a simple glass of wine. Sucks.
