There was a minimum wait time.The server was great and very friendly.The brisket was moist and delicious. The ribs weren't that great. They were kinda touch and lacked smoked taste.The pulled pork was seasoned well and juicy.
Never have I ever tried a dish there that wasn't awesome. I had no idea I like brussel sprouts, now I can say I love them!!

All meat was very dried out (brisket, wings, pulled pork, chicken fried ribs). Mac n cheese disappointing (velveeta). Cole slaw was tasteless and bland. Soupy baked beans. Sandwich bun was greasy on top ( had to be wiped off). Collard greens too spicy to eat. Skipped dessertWaitress (Megan) was FANTASTIC

Ordered boxed meals catering and the process was easy and everyone was happy. One thing I'll say is beverages aren't priced on the catering menus and I paid $10 for a gallon of lemonade, which felt pretty steep. Would still recommend.

Thursday 5/2/24 party of 4 adults and a 1 year old. Very good experience, great food, great service from Aspen, adults spent 25.00 each with a very good tip included. Took home a plate of leftovers that would make a large meal for 1, I'm glad we made the choice to eat here. I'm sure you will like it too.
